As Anantika had mentioned that there will be a twist before the marriage and v will be learning something from that twist...here r my 2 options...

Renuka's divorce---But what did v learn from that...We should not keep secrets for a very long time and that too from our close relatives...

or

Navya leaving her job---- v will know what to learn after Navya's speech to Amar sir...
