I am guessing they wanted to show Kastur as the ideal indian bahu whilst portraying Sia as a complete contrast of her. But even if they want to do that why compromise on basic manners. Hmm...if manners and etiquette was there in Sia who would go after Kastur's husband in the first place.

Mohan wasn't too pleased either time TPB barged into his room. Notice how he just kind of averted his eyes downwards when she first addressed him with a question.

Yeah Mohan will slowly realize Sia's true motive and his love for Kastur eventually. But I did like the fact that he did not approve of Sia's 'pinocchio' behavior and antic.

I would think that was common sense anywhere. Obviously she doesn't care about proper etiquette and is most likely hoping that because Mohan confessed to her about not loving Kastur that perhaps there is nothing going on in that department anyway. 😆
