The security guard spoke, "The results are ready and you all are asked to assemble in the auditorium." He left without uttering another word. They all stood up and walked towards the auditorium. Just before they were to enter, Sonia stopped Kriya and Rose. Squeezing both their hands, she said, "All the very vest! There's no doubt about Kriya,, but Rose, whether you get in or not, take the decision and live it."

Rose gave a smile and blinked before letting go of the hands and entering through the doors.

Vaibhavi spoke as they all stood in straight line with a tensed look, "So we aren't those type who love to create tensed atmosphere. Being straight to the point, Daniel, Jennifer, Sarah and Jake' we're sorry but you won't be going forward." They were sad with lowered eyes but it was foreseen after seeing the other performers dance. They bid bye to them and left promising to back again if the competition ever had another season.

There were four more remaining and they joined their hands as if standing in a circle holding hands like little kids. The only thing was that they weren't kids and they weren't in a circle. Their eyes seemed to be praying silently. Kriya was praying as well but not for herself. She was praying for Rose. She didn't much care if she got in or not. And besides, they had no reason not to let her in!

Rey continued after they left, "Kate'unfortunately, you're going to have to leave." Vaibhavi spoke instantly, "And it's not because you don't have the talent. You do! But seeing the rest, they have set the stage level much high and we think you still have to build in it. You see what we're saying right?"

Kate nodded and pushed the tears aside. "Ma'am I promise to work much harder and I'll definitely be back if this come back again."

Vaibhavi smiled and went to give her a consoling hug. She said patting her hair, "We'll be waiting." Kate smiled at the rest of them and wished them all the best. She was hesitant but finally forwarded her hand to Rey. He shook hands with her meaning well while a spark of jealousy came in Kriya's heart. It made its way out just as soon as it had when it came in. Saying so, she left the stage with a happy heart knowing just where she needed to improve.

Vaibhavi sighed and then said with excitement, "The rest of you, what are you waiting for? Get packing!" they jumped up in air with excitement while Kriya was just happy for Rose. The three of them gathered themselves in a group hug. She was happy for Rose and Ian. Sonia rushed to the stage not caring that she wasn't the participant. She gave Rose and Kriya a tight hug together.

Rey was happy seeing her happy. Vaibhavi interrupted the happy moment and asked, "Umm'you are'?"

Sonia understood and completed, "Oh! I'm sorry. I'm Sonia, Kriya's best friend. I couldn't control my happiness'" she bit her tongue sheepishly. Vaibhavi gave an approving look and spoke, "it's alright. And I'll take everyone's leave. I have somewhere to be. Congratulations and work hard! Now the tough work begins! Next set of things will be sent to all of you soon."

Everyone present there bid her good bye. Rey shook hands with Ian who in turn hugged him brotherly. Rose did the same. After all, she knew nothing about 'Kriyansh.' Then came Kriya's turn and he didn't know what to do. He wasn't sure if she would reply to even an hand shake. He decided thinking, 'What's wrong in trying?' He forwarded his hands towards her.

She was a bit hesitant but also didn't want to create any sort of suspicion before Rose and Ian. She forwarded her hand slowly and gently places it in his. He smiled and she replied with a short, forced smile.

Just then Sonia's cell rang and Kriya somewhere thanked the called as she took her hands back. The screen flashed Rahul's name. She swiped it to unlock and picked up the call considering it was the latest IPhone. He asked immediately, "Hey, what's the result?"

Sonia said, "Positive."

He was a disappointed look and replied, "Oh fo Sonia. Don't talk like a doctor at least for this!"

"Ha-ha! Very funny." She said with sarcasm. He asked her to hand over the phone to Kriya which she did. Karan then snatched the phone from Rahul and said, "Hey sweetheart, congrats!"

She grinned and said, "Thanks!" Rahul and Kriya fought over while trying to talk to her and Kriya said, "Stop! Put the phone on speaker dummies!"

The boys realized they in fact were acting dumb and quickly sorted out their fight. Rahul then said, "This calls for a celebration!"

She thought this was the perfect time to tease and replied, "Tomorrow's a date. What more do you want?"

Rey, who was trying not to listen to the conversation, jerked his head up hearing the last words from her mouth. Date! Did she just say date! Who the hell is she going on a date with!! He fumed when Sonia blushed and he realized she wasn't going but it was Sonia. He gave a sigh and mentally spanked himself for thinking such a thing.

Rahul said, "Nice try! But you're going to have to give a party before you have to leave."

Kriya gave up, "Alright fine. We'll talk about it when we get home."

Both said together, "Done, by gals."

Ian said, "So gals, see you all later. Gotta go."

Al three replied with a 'Bye.' Rose turned to them and asked, "Can you both drop me home?" Kriya replied, "Sure, but how did you get here?"

She replied showing anger, "With my brother! But that lazy person left and now won't answer his phone!" both girls laughed at that and all three said together, "Brothers," shaking their head disappointingly.

Sonia said, "Kay. Let's go. It'll be a while till we get home. And Kriya someone's missing you a lot." Both Rey and Kriya flinched hearing this. "What!"

Sonia elaborated, "I mean someone was giving you missed calls." She took her phone and checked it. "Idiot. It's boss. Couldn't you tell me before!" Sonia gave an apologetic look as she redialed the number. The other two left for the parking lot as Kriya walked to the waiting room to grab her bag and talked to her boss.

Rey sat in the chair and thought about all the happenings of the day. It had to be the best day in the last 4 years. If he looked at it from another way, it was the worst day in 4 years. It was relieving to see Kriya is safe but heart breaking to see her in this much pain. He closed his eyes as he remembered their college days. The spark that was always in her eyes no matter what the situation. She always managed to find a positive aspect of the thing.

*FLASH BACK*

(This scene is a revamp on their detention scene! Enjoy my version that fits this FF hehe)

Rey sat there with a long sad face on. He was being punished for the first time in his college life! And too because of himself. He had challenged Kriya that he will not get in trouble no matter what and she had said that today itself, she'll get him in trouble. And look, here he was sitting all by himself in detention! She had succeeded in doing what she said she would. Kriya came there with the clipboard and sat in front of Rey.

He was angry at her and thus changed spot. She went behind him and made him look at her. Once he did, she put the clip board down and held her hears and said, "Sorry,' sweetly. He couldn't help but smile. He didn't want to give in this easily and so he hid the smile and spoke, "What sorry? You got me in trouble and just sorry isn't going to work!"

She said, "Not even after I tell you that I got punished too?"

His eyes got wide hearing this. "You did what?! But why?" She smiled and replied, "I wasn't going to let you have all the fun by yourself."

He understood the teasing tone and said, "Huh, getting in detention is NOT fun!"

Kriya replied, "I think it is! Look, because of this, we get to spend the whole week together!" Rey raised his eye brows. This girl is crazy thinking this will be fun! But she has a point there. What's a better way than to spend time with her! She's just too adorable.

She snapped her finger and her blinked twice before saying, "How do you manage to find the positive things in every negative things!" She shrugged her shoulders to say, "I don't know. That's just me I guess." Both giggled and then looked around. They had the whole painting to do!

That was a fun work that would get them dirty from head to toe. They both got to the work. They chatted about everything and enjoyed the day. At times, they crashed into each other. They joked, giggled, teased and did all sorts of crazy things. One of them would be Rey painting Kriya's hand. She tried to take her hand away but the more she tried to refuse, the more Rey would be tempted.

She complained, "Please Rey. Stop! This color is strong and might not come out easily." He got lost in her complaining eyes and he pulled her close. She stopped talking with this sudden gesture and looked into his eyes. It was a different feeling that was recently taking place in their hearts. All the time they were spending together seemed to make it more than 'just friends.'

After a while, she felt like itching her hand. The sudden irritation annoyed her and she broke the eye contact. He looked at it and say that it was getting red where she was itching. He held her hand and got her water and poured it on her hand. The paint washed off but the red irritation was still there. He said, "Are you allergic to it?"

She shook her head, "I don't think so. But then again, I have never painted with this paint before." He shook his head and said, "Budhu kahi ki!" now go to the nurse and get some cream or something. It'll calm it."

She said, "It's okay. This water has done it. In few, it'll be better." She does it again!

*Flash back ends*

Rey got pulled out from his thoughts as the driver came there and said, "Sir, the car is ready."
