Everyone is shocked, sid screams at simran, she says that she wishes that atleast sid should understand her, as akshay is hs friend, sid screams at her and asks her to shut up… simran advocates for the marriage, sid says that this cant happen, simran asks him why cant it happen, sid screams at says that its because he said so…. Vandana calms him down and takes mamta and simran in another room…. Simran says that she has said what she had to say, and if akshay was divorced, its because his wife was bad and not him… she goes to mamta and says that atleast she should understand… vadana says that she needs to thnk about this and in mean time she needs to shut up…

Akshay is shokced to know that simran likes him, sid tells him over the phone that its because akshay wants to take revenge, akshay says he wonders what went wrong, sid says that they have ended their friendship, and regarding his goals, he will achienve them….

Krishu is playing with his animals and suddenly his toy falls, and akshay gts up, he thinks that why does he feel that he will loose krish, and now he will do anything for krish and krish is his world… there mamta looks at krishu's picture and says that she will get him soon and they will have a happy world soon…

There sid is working and he keeps reaching for the water, but is busy reading, so mamta gives him the glass… sid smiles at her, and vandana comes there and she is so proud of him, she asks him who is he fighting for? Sid says MAMTA… yes, a mother's love… vandana blesses him… mamta leaves..

Simran takes mamta in her room and asks her if she spoke to Sid, mamta denies… simran tells her that she really loves akshay and krish a lot… mamta asks him who is he… smran says that cutest little devil on earth… mamta remembers some monets spent with krish… mamta asks simran to introduce her to krish, simran agrees… krish looks at mamta's picture and shows it to his toy and then suddenly starts crying loudly(omg, that was a real emotionally scene),, dadi looks at him and is upset…

There mamta suddenly stops and feels that something is wrong… she also tells Sid that he has to lie so much because of her… sid explains that he will bring up the point of akshay not paying attention towards krish.. Mamta pleads him not to do so…

The case starts,,, the lawyer exchange arguments and the judge asks sid to prove that that mamta is krish's mom…. Tanisha leaves from the court room..

Tanisha finds the contract about mamta… tanisha says now she will win…

Sid goes to his mom and asks where is mamaji and mamiji… vandana tells Sid that Titli called today and told them that Vedika lost her kid and mamaji and mamiji have gone to the Raizada family to help them, as Parth is missing… she cries and says that every mom wishes that may her life end, but her kid should be safe… (I know there must some confusion with that… but they showed that Sid's family to be close with Vedika's family .. From Sindoor Tera Naam ka)… mamta goes in running…

the court case has begun... akshay's lawyer says that they cant find the contract papers, yet to plead that mamta should not meet krish... sid objects that before contract is shown they cant do anything... the judge agrees, Sid then interuppts saying that just becuase they cant find the contract papers, doesnt mean that they let krish suffer, the judge aggrees and says that akshay should let mamta meet krish once a week, akshay screams at the lawyer, the judge asks him to calm down and says that if akshay doesnt let mamta meet krish, then a legal action will be taken... mamta is much more than happy... dadi calls akshay and tells him that krish is missing... akshay is dead shocked... mamta over hears that...

Preview: the police tells akshay and mamta that people get married and they cant even take care of a kid...
