There can be a lot of discussions and debate regarding this fact but i think the answer is rather simple. Its not about being selfish or non selfish, its about long term or short term thiinking. Rishi thinks short term. Usko lagta hai ki immediate way to stop the sell of the house is doing fraud. So do fraud. On the other hand indira thinks long term. Where will a fraud lead to? She is a very gritty and patient girl. She doesn't like short cuts or easy way outs.
Having said this I also believe that necessity is the mother of creation. If necessity arises we might have to think on immediate basis leaving all caution to air. So...nothing is bad or good. Its just perception I guess.
