Hello everyone!

As usual loving Hitler Didi :)
But something struck me in yesterday's episode & that was Rishi-Indira's conversation in the beginning of the episode. Rishi called Indira selfish, because she did not want to do any sort of fraud with her family, due to her values & principles. Now, all of us know that is not true. Indira loves her family & she cares the MOST, compared to all her family members.
But at this point in time, when she is left with no option BUT to "cheat" her family, is it right for her to hang on to her principles & values?
According to Rishi, NO because that makes her selfish & she is only thinking about her family.
According to society, YES we must never commit wrong. We must always do what is right, or else we are punished & have to pay for the consequences.

Who is right? Can badness only be won by badness, like what Rishi said? Or should we stick to our principles, come what may?

Do give your views.

Cheers,
Samridhi😃

There can be a lot of discussions and debate regarding this fact but i think the answer is rather simple. Its not about being selfish or non selfish, its about long term or short term thiinking. Rishi thinks short term. Usko lagta hai ki immediate way to stop the sell of the house is doing fraud. So do fraud. On the other hand indira thinks long term. Where will a fraud lead to? She is a very gritty and patient girl. She doesn't like short cuts or easy way outs.
Having said this I also believe that necessity is the mother of creation. If necessity arises we might have to think on immediate basis leaving all caution to air. So...nothing is bad or good. Its just perception I guess.

thanks for replying. We're thinking on the same page😃 But acting based on necessity, can lead to long-term consequences, isn't it? Just like people end up lying a million times to cover up 1 lie.

yes obviously...people who think short term can get into a lot of trouble later...only that some times these short term cures are necessary in the moment of distress...so that you can get time to think long term..if u know what i mean

Yup, i'm glad that she did not prove her mother to be mad. Anyways, i knew she wouldn't do it, but you never know with the CVs.
