Niharika's has been portrayed as a step mother who actually has never misbehaved with Ram .. she knows the worth of him being there... she is extremely greedy ..

Niharika cannot let anything come between her and the money she aiming for and also she cannot afford Ram to know about Natasha's deed since it also projects her as a failed mom.

This is why she keep NUTZ at a distance and will not let her bring in her issues anywhere close to Ram.

I will be very happy to see if Natasha really changes in Priya's house and shows her mother a mirror and in future also helps Ram to realize his mistakes. I think way this show can be very different from others.

At time I wonder how this super hero of Ram (Ram's dad was). He had a wife.. a son and he left his wife or she left whatever .. then marries another women close the age of his own son .. who had 4 children .. It seems in his early 20s also Ram must be seeing Niharika delivering kids. 😵

Just wonder what would have made Ram to accept his dad's "Doosra" family so dearly and shun away his own mom completely. or was completely Naive of the situation.
