ks scene similar to gem

actually the scene which mumbai mirror has described that scene is same as ghar ek mandir i earlier once in IF mentioned that they may be do the same scene in ks n hey they r doin it in gem sweta kwatra whos ram's ex gf mixed somethin else in gautami's drinks during a party n ram was obviously also drunk both had confessed thier love in unconcious condition n eventually consumatted thier marriage then in the morning they were really awkward n same stuff which happens n i guess here only ram's co- star differ 😆

I have not watched any other kekta mai shows till now, except for Kasam Se. Would you mind elaborating on what happens in GEM, besides feeling ackward the next morning, what did u mean by 'n same stuff which happens', what does happen in GEK, something good or bad?
