Mein aa gai😛

By the way I saw yesterday how the EDT was housefull😆

Blue boy turned Saffron and everybody went Oh la la!!!!😆

Yesterday was his first day, atleast I felt that Kesar became Kesar yesterday. Because before that it was about his ala grand entry...

But as I said before...that he looked raw when he entered.. the pitai scene and even Dushty and Kesar scene and him with PB...the newness was there...But the moment Gulaal called out 'Kesar!'...That newness evaporated...Some amazing chemistry they shared...

Apart from that did someone notice that each FB he had...with anyone...it was linked with Gulaal...With PB he had that running around, trying to avoid the school scene, which was inevitably followed by his and Gulaal's scene...where for the first time he says that he will do anything she says, but she is not going to leave him ever!!!

Then even with his FBs with Vasant...That scene where Vasant lifts him up...that is after Vasant found about Nirja...and that cow milking scene...where Gulaal herself was there...

It looked like he had no memories except her...no wonder, the moment she went out of his periphery...he started behaving like Ghajiji😕😆

Oh oh toh lots of bakwaas..now starting with today's scene...

Gulaal rummaging through Kesar's belonging and almost finding the letters when the brat comes in to stop her...
Accha did someone find Kesar shocked at Gulaal's statement that she would take care the next time...
Did he wonder that she gave up so easily???

The Gulaal he knew would pull his ears and ask him what is he hiding from her??? Oh I love Gulaal's expression in this one!

She is one bull headed woman...Unfazed by the hurdles she faced...and in all these years she had conquered most of the house...She reformed Dushyant...managed to get in good terms with the bin budhi...is idolized by the adopted terror by bin budhi...Even managed to iron out her differences with MB..which were pertaining to DV...Got Reva settled and Devika too...

Her success gave her confidence na?? And the years away from him gave her patience and maturity...and an eternal hope that she lived on...
Imagine Gulaal contemplating this day ...this Kesar...that would never have made her survive those years na???

And so I think she refused to see what she saw...She was the proverbial ostrich na...and as usual ignored the things which did not fit in her rose tinted glasses...She ignored Dushyant's deed by concentrating on his reformed goodness, Sudhi's bin budhi taunts by concentrating on filling her life with terror...errr I mean Talli...

But she forgot that these people were indebted to her and would be doing whatever she says because she has sacrificed her life for their betterment...
Where as Kesar ...Kesar would not have done because he was indebted to her..As he said...he always had felt a haq on her...Something which went beyond the DV dynamics and her finding water and saving the house from being ruined...He would have never bothered with that...He would not have minded had Gulaal taken an axe and cut the house into two...He never had any FB's of Gulaal saving him from snake or anything...That was, for him the most natural thing that he would do...just like he did for her..They were each other's Kavach...she had said that...and he believed that...They were born for that...

Ufff...Back to the scene😆 I wander away so much...

Then her trials of breaking him down...piece by piece...like a woodpecker..trying to bring down the whole tree with its beak 😆

She starts narrating how everybody missed him...Starting from MB...because he was the one who sent him...but she tries to convey that he missed him...thereby telling him that MB always had his goodness at heart...again ironing the difference as she went ahead...PB, Reva, Devdi, Talli...

Aur tu??

He has to ask na??? He HAS. to...out of hatred, out of love, out of curiousity, out of sheer desperation...whether in taunt or genuine concern,...he has to ask that...

And the brat is so bratty..
he knows she used to come to visit him regularly..yet asks her that 'Aur tu?'...Tu mujhe yaad karti thi???
Nahi nahi...ainveyi teri principal se har roz milney aaya karti thi...Brat kahin ke😡😆

Continued about the aur tu scene

Aur tu in making😛

I was just reminded of the innumerable times he had asked that...and everytime it has been different...in the jeep it had been mild curiosity and happiness , when he goes to ask her whether she wants something from the city it had been awe at the happiness shining from her face, on the phone after the DV broke ...it was almost despration...but right now..it is pure cocky attitude that is into play..

Just look at his stare as she rambles on how he never replied to her letters!

Oh I was reminded of another time when Gulaal smiled like this...During that Kavach scene when Kesar was manaoing her and she was all bhaav khoing...Such a big role reversal is this...

Oh you have gotta see his expression in this one...
You know until this one...I think Those FBs had not taken over...it was purely his irritation at being treated like a child!

Ah...his reaction at being touched!

And she mentions Vasant..and that he is her responsibility!

And boss...the fire is back into the eyes!

He he who loved this stance of his...NB must have studied Ali in deep!! The way he maintains that stance of his !

Purple...teri to!!!

Oh there is pure anger in this stare...and this is where his newness shows...After this whenever we have had angry scenes..there has been so much of other expressions..his helplessness..his repressed feelings, hurt and above all his inability to fight her and his eternal devotion towards her!!!

Hee hee😛 picture abhi baaki hai doston...I know you guys are banging your head😛...but me kya karu,,...Kam toh me likh hi nahi sakti😛😛😛😛😛

Toh me directly coming to the scene where he climbs down and Gulaal asks him why is he not wearing her choice...now let us put Talli in place of the kurtha (I know we all would have been happy had she been also put to rest like the Kurta😛 but alas) Anyways...in that light we see the conversation over here...

On a side note..I just loved the way he looks at his own kurta when Gulaal asks why did he not wear her choice...

Gulaal: 'Kesar why did you not wear the kurtha I wore for you?
K: I did nt like it😛

Pasand nahi( music to my ears)

G: (ofcourse not getting the hint) But you always used to wear what I liked..always used to wear the clothes of my choice
K: That was years before ...now I decide my likes (you) and dislikes (Talli) after so many years in hostel I am used to making my own choice (you)..

heehee!!!

And Kesar was on his truth spree today na...He made so many things clear to Gulaal...and then he did the same to Talli..albeit in a horrendous way..but ofcourse...totally right..she had no business snooping around his room...Amazingly neither of the two heeded to his words

Now to the pooja scene...I have tried to wipe out the terrorist whose horrible set of teeth..( I tell you she is a perfect ad for this one)

But apart from that ..she has to be BLIND (which she was..along with deaf and dumb..really hope that she was dumb literally!😡)

But if you see the last row of the collage below

It is actually a funny picture line...

Starting from left we have The terrorist staring (which I have blotted out) and Kesar oblivious to the horrendity displayed besides him is into his own set of problems by the touch of fire on his right..😆...then we have his frustrated glance at the terrorist..then we have Gulaal staring at him...wondering about his reactions and taut body language...and then finally Kesar looking at her..the last glance before he shakes away her hand on his arm subtly😳

The middle one is a super one na...his consciousness at the touch na...

So am again putting it...

Her hesitant touch!

And he shaking it off!

Finally seeping into Gulaal...amazingly the person who was not to take the hint of staying away does take it..and the one who had to,...sheee😡😡😡😡😡😡

She too has a bit of temper na...always had...but it got hidden within her...somewhere ...but he came and unleashed the same!

Okie,...no more torchaar...me over and done with😆

Srushti, Great post as usual.this sentence is getting repetitive yaar😆But you do write them so beautifully.I enjoy them a lot.I have nothing much to add today cause I don't know how to express my thoughts in words about the puja scene and the "aur tu" scene.so today I will stick to reading all the lovely analysis. and thanks so much for cutting out Talli😃

I love the cap in the middle so much.the effect of Gulaal's touch on him-for a moment he is flustered na. He just stares at her hand for some time and then slowly the FB takes over and he goes into that angry mode😡Even in the "aur tu" scene he is so aware of her touch😳

baaki discussion baad mein.looking forward to it😃

Ah! The grand entry of epic one liner "Aur Tu", The first transition for this incorrigible brat to put someone else before him even though it kicked off with more of sarcasms and desire to hear straight from her than to trust the belief he had in her…aww these two I have never ever got down to so much character assassination and that too for Indian soaps na…but Gulaal changed that forever….It made me take notice of immerging brilliance on our small screen even though such gems are few and far between but none the less it's amazing to find something worth discussing over and over again and not getting tired of….

I know Srush you go off tangent and so do I but we can't help it na, after all when discussing these two nothing is off limit….

So to rummaging of his belonging which he of course doesn't take kindly to, but at the same time doesn't want her to give up so easily either…the start of paradox…..Who thought that towel on his shoulder was too large and made him uncomfortable rather than spectacle of his belonging being scrutinised so intently….and the constant stare or search of her face since their first meeting(brilliantly captured in Srush's caps) trying to locate his Gulaal from the one who was party to the biggest lie in his life…..His vulnerability in differentiating between the two……He always considered himself as her equal na so the mention of Vasant and jimmedari kind of unnerves him and he is back in his angry avatar…..

I think he needed that anger outlet through Kurta burning scene, before he went downstairs as keeping it all inside with Dushyant around was always going to be difficult for this bratty kid…..no wonder Gullu would server him milk till she left home with him ….for her that was acceptance of transition from boy to man….

Talli deserved what she got…..phir bhi who battisi bandh nahi hui….I wish we can fast forward this torture….nice caps Srush…looking forward to discussion…

Irony of it all...he burnt up the purple Kurta Gulaal chose for him..had he worn that purple Kurta he would have been all matchy matchy with Talli🤢

Instead...consciously or subconsciously he chose to wear a color that was similar to Gulaal's...😳

Aditi,what a post yaar.loved it. I noticed the towel and how he was clutching onto it during those initial moments.to me it is very similar to Gulaal's pallu defense.but as the scene progresses his awkwardness and hesitation around Gulaal disappears and out comes the confident and sweet Kesar(love his small smile when Gulaal says dhat and turns around all the while complaining). But soon the mention of Vasant and that FB brings a guarded expression on his face and he reverts back to his angry young man avtar.I loved the transition.enjoyed your vishesh tippani👏
