Who is Rishi Kumar Kiraydar/ Ricky?

I'm asking the second question, because in one of the episodes, we saw him getting out of a really expensive looking jeep-type car (cant remember which episode), also during the mata di chowki, an old man said he was Rishi's driver from Washington. Also the neighboring Amma knows Rishi. So another question would be does Indira's brother, RIshi, and Indira have history together? This is the big mystery currently in this show, and that's why I'm very anxiously waiting for more clues.
