--Khurana Mansion---

Daadi abhi bhai nahi aaye kya??

Nahi Dev bte, Adi was telling ki aaj bahut kaam tha office mein ek toh Maan ka pehla din tha itne dino baad and lots of work on him ,and Maan woh bahut thak gaye honge.

Aj subah bhi his was not in a good mood and Adi bhi humein aise hi kuch keh rhe the and ab toh aur bhi!!

And in between their conversation

Maan came back ,with a big smile on his face.

He seemed so happy.

Dev and Dadi looked at each other.

Maan bte ,aap bahu that gaye na..aap ...

Nahi dadima ,I'm fine not at all tired main abhi ready hoke aata hoon we'll have dinner together

Dev looked happy...Ohh great bhai ,so we'll all have dinner together after a long time !!!

Maan smiled at him ,lagta hai aaj koi party nahi thi!!!

Bhai Please..!

Thik hai main fresh hoke aata hoon.

Maan went in leaving confused dadi ma behind

Dadi ma ,you told that he'll not be in a good mood but here he's in a mood to pull my leg!!

I know Dev bete , It's strange

Hmmm...Dadi maa Daal me kuch kala hai said Dev with his hands on his chin.

Poori daal bhi kaali ho sakti hain Dev.

Hmmm...!!

---Next Morning'

Maan reached his office and he was in a much lighter mood compared to the previous day .

He was in a good mood and even told Adi to arrange a meeting with the office staff.

Even Adi was happy to see Maan Sir in a light mood.

Adi , so Yesterday I have talked to our clients and I got the details of the project.

So we have planned a meeting with them again in the next week and then we'll be showing our blueprints.

Sure sir ...I'll just send the new architect ,Geet

New architect , Maan felt a sense of pleasure after listening her name .

He smiled , he wondered how her name itself brought a smile on his face instantly.

Geet knocked the door and went in.

Good morning Sir.

Sir?? Maan felt weird after hearing the word .

He knew Geet , Professional behaviour was expected from her

He knew that she would never address him as Maan in the working hours .

Maan also continued the conversation with her in a quite professional manner .

Geet ended the conversation with a thank you and left the room.

Everyone got busy in their work .

Maan got so busy in his work , he has been working continuously for last four hours ,so he went out to have a cup coffee

And as soon as he took the first sip ,he found Geet standing infront of him.

Hey Geet .

Hi Sir.

So how's the work going on??

Good.

Geet if you find any problems regarding the work ,just ask me and you can even ask Adi ,he'll help you out .

Sure ,thank you .

Okk then and all the best for the designs.

Geet smiled

Geet always liked the way Maan cared of her ,she has been very rude to him at times, but still he has always helped her in bringing out all the hidden pain or bringing a smile on her face ,knowingly or unknowingly he always brought out something that she has been hiding for months ,whether it may be her smile or tears or small gestures trying to make her come out of the loneliness.

Geet smiled and Maan left the place and got back to his work.

---Evening----

Geet sat in the park waiting for Maan ,Maan told her that he would be coming to the central park as soon as his work gets over.

Geet took out her sandals and sat on the grass

The park was indeed so beautiful

She remembered those old days how she was pushing herself into silence ,into darkness unable to bear the pain , unable to bear the guilt trying hard to live the life given by someone who took it away.

Those dark nights which were filled with tears , She lived with pain, in pain

She always questioned why the life has been so unfair to her , why has it snatched everything from her.

Days passed she was somehow able to come out of the darkness but the parts of it always stayed with her making her rude , closing the doors of love and compassion.

But now she sat in the park smiling ,trying to feel the calmness and peace of the silence .

She was the girl with a smile on her face with a chirpy bubbly attitude laughing on the poorest jokes , but she wondered how her life has changed her.

Made her so calm

She never thought that she would be finding something in this silence.

even the calm ,immovable things near her were conveying something.

She sat there remembering how one person made her realise that moving on doesn't mean pushing ourselves into silence and loneliness with his simple gestures.

She closed her eyes trying to console herself that such is life ,If It makes you smile ,it also makes your cry ..If it pushes us down it even gives hand to pick us up.

It teaches things which we are not even ready to learn .

She is now In the same city where she lost everything , everyone ,her family

she was cheated by someone whom she trusted the most.

Her life turned upside down in a few minutes and it changed her completely.

She is back in the city now ...It wasn't easy for her to take the decision. Decision to return to the same city and face all her fears ,but now she was in the city ,to overcome her past fears and injuries ,she knew that running away from these would only harm her.

There she sat alone trying to move on in life with her loneliness ,there's no-one with her.

She laid her head on her knees with her hands across her legs.

She sat in the calm place ...trying to find something beyond pain ,hatred, anger ,guilt...a life...trying to find it.

And just then someone patted her on her back.

She looked at him and smiled.

Maan??

Hey Geet, Sorry I'm late.

She smiled no It's ok ,I wasn't bored

Ohhh just a minute, he sat beside her on the grass with his coat in his hand she handed her a chocolate

Chocalte??? Yeh kyun Maan??

Kuch hai kya??

Areh It's just a chocolate .I don't think that sharing a chocolate requires a reason.

She smiled and took a bite of the chocolate

Maan tumhare un photographs ka kya hua???

Hmm..Woh actually ,for them to be used I have to find out the agencies who need them and then I have to deal with them .It requires a lot of time.

But now a days I'm busy with KC na.. I'll try to find them once I get free time.

Tum sab kuch kaise manage kar lete ho??

You know what Maan , maine jab tumhe KC mein dekha to i wasn't able to believe it.

I mean Photography and KC two entirely different jobs but today when I saw you here ,I was surprised to see the way ypu managed each and everything and that too very well.

Oh wait!! is Geet appreciating me???Not bad?? Said Maan in a teasing tone

Maan?? What do you mean??

Kuch nahi Geet ,KC is not a rocket science ,I have worked her before ,It's not new for me .

Waise Maan ,Kya tum mujhe photography classes doge???

Sure!! Jo tum kaho

Maan is always ready.

I know, only Maan can help me , Kyun ki MSK to ufff...!!

Arreh... Maan Singh Khurana ka appointment milna difficult hai na!!

MSK ko chodo office mein Maan toh hain hi hamesha ready and when it comes to photography he is 24*7 available.

They both smiled and stood up and started walking .
