It has to be Nisha telling the truth If Kunal has to win the case. And I think Kunal will win it.

for me its nisha,b'coz in today's epi the fb scene raveena's friend is reminding is incomplete,we dont know what happened btw rohit n nisha before that scene n we were shown only one side-nisha saying that she loves rohit n i felt rohit is taking advantage of how nisha behaved infront of his friends😊
