1. self love and admiration for themself- if thats the case the ENTIRE WORLD is infected with narcism

2.ok, if shahrukh had a lack of empathy do you think he would even give if fans came to his house, he would be like "meh...stop spoiling my view, you guys should be licking the floor i walk on.." he wouldn't even give them a glance, let alone go out and wave and say hi to them
