Bachchans book VIP room at Seven Hills Hospital for Ash's delivery
By Bollywood Hungama News Network, November 2, 2011 - 14:26 IST

By now its common knowledge that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is due for delivery in the second week of November. To ensure that their bahu gets the best medical facilities, the Bachchans have booked a deluxe VIP room at the state of the art Seven Hills Hospital in Marol, Andheri from the 10th to 15th of November.

Ash has been consulting Dr. Vinita Salvi during the course of her pregnancy. Apparently, to avoid media and public attention, the actress arrives early morning to meet with her gynecologist.

The staff at the hospital too have been going the extra mile to make sure that Ash is well taken care of. Surely, no one is leaving any stone unturned to ensure that the former Miss World gets nothing but World Class facilities during her delivery.

Apparently some hospitals want to pay the Bachchans to have their baby at their hospital. 😳

Seven Hills Hosp sounds like a 7* hotel, she can very well deliver her baby in the Burj al arab 😛

It not only sounds like a 7 star hospital, it IS a 7 star hospital! 😆

Seven Hills Hospital is not only Mumbai's only seven star hospital, but also one of the largest hospitals in Asia.

A bit too extreme? Millions of women give birth to babies, but no one makes sure they are given 'perfect' treatment. Heck most don't even have enough money for high five treatment and no one lends a hand to help them out. Just cause it's Aishwarya giving birth it's a oh my gosh factor?

Anyways good luck on her delivery! Hope everything goes smoothly!! :) Very exciting news coming for the entire family in just a matter of days!!

I think wanting 'perfect' treatment is fine as far as Ash and her family is concerned. Everyone would want that if they could afford it. But giving out such news to the media is not neccessary.

@CPR: True! But I think there's nothing wrong to take precautions considering she's having babies such later in life and she can afford. Once, not her fault the media makes it a HUGE deal. Like I said before it's not she's getting birth to Adam or Eve...but the media is all crazy about her womb--probably why she kept it all private and practically stayed away from the cameras/public eye for the most part of her pregnancy.

As for "perfect" treatment: I think it's just an exaggeration...I'm sure the family is aiming for perfection so they can come somewhere close. It doesn't really matter as long her child is healthy and safe. Bless her and her baby!!!

BTW: I do hope you're criticizing the media and not the bachchans or Aishu...I don't think it's them making a big deal (I mean they must be in their private lives considering it's her first, but I don't think they're flaunting it or being in ppl's face about it). 😆

I think I need to clarify! By no means am I criticizing Aish or the Bachchans. Everyone would want thei daughter or daughter in law to have a perfect delivery! I just think that the media is taking it too far. I mean ever since news of her pregnancy came our the media just won't let the family alone! :|

So many women out there want that 'perfect' treatment, but sadly can't afford it. Bless their souls. And does it really matter which hospital she gives birth in? :|
