^Oh yes! I do agree on that. Give them a break! Freakin' a zillion celeb children were born this year--or at least it seemed like that. 😆

@CPR: True! But I think there's nothing wrong to take precautions considering she's having babies such later in life and she can afford. Once, not her fault the media makes it a HUGE deal. Like I said before it's not she's getting birth to Adam or Eve...but the media is all crazy about her womb--probably why she kept it all private and practically stayed away from the cameras/public eye for the most part of her pregnancy.

As for "perfect" treatment: I think it's just an exaggeration...I'm sure the family is aiming for perfection so they can come somewhere close. It doesn't really matter as long her child is healthy and safe. Bless her and her baby!!!

BTW: I do hope you're criticizing the media and not the bachchans or Aishu...I don't think it's them making a big deal (I mean they must be in their private lives considering it's her first, but I don't think they're flaunting it or being in ppl's face about it). 😆

i am actually surprised how low profile the bachchans have kept during the whole pregnancy ... i expected a weekly news alert system installed for nine months ... And thankfully the bigger bachchan has not gone completely crazy giving up daily updates about how ash is looking/feeling/eating on his blog ...

They have been very circumspect ...

@bips: I'm sure he would he wanted to, but if he opened up that door--there's no going back. Then the media would be on their backs 24/7 looking for any news to make it the headlines. It's smart that they talked minimal about it and hardly disclosed inside info---notice, no Aishu baby shower pics either. Nicely done on their part.

^^^Dont be sure about the baby shower pics. They might be out in the next issue of People or some other magazine. 😆

Another thing I want to add...the Bachchans on the surface have dealt with the media attention quiet graciously. BUT the fact is every day there is some tidbit out about Aish in the media. So I wonder if its the doing of a smart PR agent of one of the Bachchans.

Why didn't they tell us the room number while they were at it. We could all show up to get an autograph of the most famous baby in India

but if you watch him on kbc , you can tell he is super excited about being a grandad again .. understandably so ...
my mum and I find it kinda cute actually ... him all beaming and grinning whenever it is brought up on the show .. or whenever he talks about it ..
