I dont think so that she have a doubt on dushy now...she indeed asks him abt that cheda chedi(if i am not wrong) after that kesar trophy scene...he says that daiba asked him to go...when gulaal asks how come daiba got them...reva says that sudha gave them to daiba...sudha says that she got them in their room n thought that they might have forgotten them in hurry...gulaal looks like she is convinced by her words...

I think we will have many more encounters between gulaal n dushy before she actually come to kew abt the turth...
