Milind and Ayesha smiled and took Geet in their embrace. Meanwhile, Maan put on his blood-stained shirt and was coming down to find Geet.

Geet: Milind! I am going! Really hungry! Will be back before someone notices and take care of Maan!

Milind: jao! But take care! Chand-Haseena ka dhyan rakhna!

Geet: yeah I will!

Milind: ok! Be back soon Geet!

Geet: hmm...

Geet went near the big door type window and looked around checking if the way was clear. Once sure, she tapped her left toe on the railing and off she went with a glamorous agile jig. Milind watched her grace as a Vampire and admired the beauty with which she executed her powers.

Maan was coming down the stairs when he stopped seeing a flash of some dark thing emerging from the window on the lower floor. He went near the window and saw that the shadow was nothing but a human, it wore black large coat which reached upto its knees and leg tight jegging. The legs were surely strange to look at. The foot was abnormally large and the digits were pointed, meant as if to tear out tissues of some animal. Before he could react, he saw the curls falling from the air on the shoulders and then another second, the creature was gone with a gush of dust disappearing it suddenly. He quickly ran out and saw the people were busy with their works. Ayesha pretended to cook while Milind was walking to and fro with a file in his hand.

Maan ran down shouting: There!!

He pointed at the window. Milind and others froze in their places: THERE!! Something was there!

Milind: what?

Maan: Milind, abhi us window se, kisi ne jump kiya! Strange beastly creature!

Milind: you must be dreaming Maan! There's no one!

Maan: yeah but I saw!

Milind: you're dreaming Maan! May be because you're not well! Go back and rest.

Maan looked around suspiciously: wait a minute! Where's Geet?

Milind and Ayesha exchanged terrified glances. Leher interrupted in: Mr. Khurana, usko CID Bureau bulaya urgently, so she left

Milind and Ayesha heaved a sigh of relief.

Maan: but uski car, it's still parked in the lot!

Leher (stammered): aaa-o-h w-o-h actual-y haan Abhijeet came and took her away!

Maan: ohh! Mujhe bhi jaana chahiye!

Ayesha: Mr. Khurana! Aap yahin rukiye, Geet ne kaha hai, she'll check you first and then you can leave!

But Maan was not convinced, he wanted to clear himself from that murder blame and so he stretched his hands: dekhiye, I am fit and fine! I should go!

Milind stopped him by placing his hand on his shoulder: Mr. Khurana, Geet will kill us, please!

Maan smiled and nodded.

Ayesha: Mr. Khurana, you rest, I'll send something to eat!

Maan: I am fine!

Ayesha: no ways, aap chaliye!

Maan: ok!

Geet was snarling in the dark woods searching for a suitable prey to quench her thirst. But her mind was somewhere else. She was going through her mind for a single bit of proof in favour of Maan being innocent. A little minute detail; it was enough for Geet to prove her point; she was connoisseur in her profession. But then, intense scent of blood disrupted her focus and her mind diverted on her evil self. The part which thirsted for blood night and day and the part which never got satisfied however blood it drank. It still burnt her throat when some warm blood came near. How intoxicating it felt, just like flesh for a dog and rum for a drunkard. There were people in love who exclaimed that they wanted nothing more in their life other than their love but when blood was brought near a Vampire, this point was definitely broken. Vampires in love would always want some thing other than their love; thing for which they could go for obvious killing of innocent people- blood. How could she forget she had taken lives of n number of lives of small girls, couples in love and not to forget- the innocent mute animals that couldn't even shout and yell for help? Geet had always been a brutal slaughterer. She didn't think even once while killing an animal. Once she caught hold of the creature's neck, she would twist and break the nerve connection deadening the brain. Being a doctor herself, she knew precisely where to attack to kill the thing with the least effort.

But ever since Maan had come to Mumbai, she had definitely changed. She blamed him to have lost 5 antelopes and 4 deer past week because of his thoughts. But then she didn't mind this. Till the time she was seeing Maan from her eyes. She didn't realize when her sub-conscious mind caught a small deer in its mighty arms and when her teeth sank tearing the tissues. She came back to her senses when she found warm blood saturating her dry throat.

Abhijeet was sweating awfully. He kept on wiping his forehead with his handkerchief but couldn't believe the fact that Geet was something supernatural until he saw the last line of the website

They can't hide themselves for long...

That was when Abhijeet jumped to the conclusion: no ways!! Geet can't be a Vampire! Tch tch! Silly me! How could I even think of such a thing.

HEYA ABHIJEET!!

Abhijeet looked up and saw Geet standing smiling and waving at him. He smiled and admired her beauty.

Abhijeet: hello! Aap yahaan?

Geet curled her brows: yeh mera office hai! Duh?

Abhijeet: oh ya! Waise ek bahut funny cheez batau?

Geet: ji!

Abhijeet: do minute ke liye I had thought ki aap Vampire ho!

Geet's eyes widened and she burst into laughter (pretending): 😆omg Abhijeet!! Me and Vampire!! Lol you're too funny!😆

Abhijeet: aap aise hi muskurate rahiye ga! You look beautiful!

Geet snapped out

Geet: Abhijeet, mujhe thoda kaam karna hai!

Abhijeet: you mind if I look?

Geet: yeah sure!

Abhijeet: waise kis baare mein?

Geet: ji?

Abhijeet: wo kaam?

Geet: oh! Wohi! Mr. Khurana waala case.

Abhijeet: hmm.

Geet went near the shelf and took out the weapon. She sprayed some chemical and then took the impression again on a blotting paper. Then she observed it under the microscope.

Abhijeet was more focused on Geet's beauty than what she was doing.

Geet: DANG IT!!!

Abhijeet jerked: kya hua?

Geet: these fingerprints are fake!

Abhijeet: really? How?

Geet: silly me! Maine pehle kaise nahi dekha!

Abhijeet: kya?

Geet: dekhiye, jab bhi kisi aadmi ki fingerprints zabardasti daalne ki koshish ki jaati hai to double printing ho jaati hai and the image gets blurred minutely. I was checking for that blur only and whoa! I found it!!

Abhijeet looked closely: yeah doctor! So you mean Maan Singh Khurana ka is khoon mein koi haath nahi hai?

Geet: lagta to aisa hi hai!

Abhijeet: shit! To phir ACP sir ko batana padega!

Abhijeet went banging the door, but Geet had to confirm that Maan was given full respect. She went to the hotel and interrogated about Maan's whereabouts. At last she found someone who had been in the lobby and hadn't seen Maan coming out of his room at all! How could he? He was with Geet!

She brought that fellow to CID and he confessed about Maan. ACP hit his head hard. He had accused the multi-millionaire Khurana. The Khuranas had been loyal to the Govt. since time immemorial! How could he forget?

ACP: Geet! Bring Mr. Khurana here! I wanna apologize!

Geet smiled: sir, he had a minor accident! So he's at my place, you can come over!

ACP: is he okay?

Geet: yup sir! He's fine! He'll be happy to hear that!

ACP: achcha Geet, I am sorry!

Geet: kis liye sir!

ACP placed his hands on Geet's head to give her blessings: beta, I doubted you! You're such a nice officer.

Geet was touched: aap kyun sorry keh rahe hai sir! Koi bhi aise hi react karta!

ACP: hmm! Achcha ab chalo!

When Geet next came in her room, Maan was sleeping on her so-called bed.

She went near and touched his hands.

He mumbled: Geet!

Before ACP could guess what he had just spoken. She checked the glucose and connected it again to Maan's wrist. She checked his pulse when suddenly Maan opened his eyes and looked around. The entire team was there.

ACP: How do you feel now?

Maan spoke out: better sir!

ACP: we're very sorry for accusing you! Geet ne humein abhi bataya that you were nowhere with the murder!

Maan smiled at Geet who was holding his hands unknowingly.

ACP: lekin yeh pata karna padega ki aapko phasaya kisne!

Maan: ji!

He tried to get up but geet stopped him: Maan!

Abhijeet looked in Geet's eyes and saw immense emotion and ocean of love. He ignored that.

ACP: aap aaram kijiye! Hum baad mein aate hain!

Geet accompanied them out.

It was late night when Geet came out sensing some trespassers. She inhaled a deep breath and looked around. There had been some humans around. She finally closed the door behind.

Sardar: us ghar mein hai humara shikar! Kal jab subah wo wahaan se nikle to apni manzil na pahunch paye! Samajh gaye tum sab!

One Man: jo hukm!

Sardar: kal Maan Singh Khurana mujhe zinda chahiye
