Ayush is at the house of the Patwardhan family and is giving them a shock, saying that he wants to break his marriage with Akruti, as their family has proved themselves unworthy of his trust. He has come to know that the girl who was to marry their son, tried to commit suicide, and is serious, and the boy is away and his family goes about as if nothing has happened. He turns the tables on the family, and instead of defending themselves, they fall at his feel pleading with him, to reconsider his stand, as their precious daughter will suffer on account of him. All of this drama goes on, and Kaka tries to reason out with Ayush, but ultimately leaves the hall allowing the women folk to conduct the negotiations. Sanket comes in with his ineffective arguments, and his wife can only raise her eyebrows. In all this commotion, only Akruti is quiet, anger swelling within her. The parents of Ayush seem to be there as mute spectators, and when Ayush tells them to leave, the mother says, she can not do anything. As they are about to walk out, they hear some one ask them, to wait. It is Akruti. All are stunned. Now it is her turn to turn the tables on Ayush. She lets them know that he is a low, third class guy, who has no respect for women, and she thought she loved him at first, had only agreed to marry him, to keep her family happy. She was never happy. She berates Ayush, and his way of thinking. She tells him, that she knew from the beginning, that this was to come, as he was not a man to take responsibility. When he questions her about the child she is carrying suggesting that it could be some one else's she wants to hit him, and he holds her hands, and all are struck with fear. Ayush tells the guests, to go away, as there is going to be no wedding. The dumb guests, walk away from the hall, not even showing any respect to their hosts. When Ayush challenged them to call Daksh to disprove his allegations against him, that are spread around against him, the family tells him, that he has gone on work, and not as he thinks, to their ex paying guest Naina. From beginning to end, it is Ayush's word against the whole Patwardhan family. They have no answers Ayee assures him, that she will break relations with her son, if he refuses to marry Sonakshi, and this should allow him to go ahead and marry Akruti, but the bride has already burnt the bridges. The whole charade is a demonstration of the false values of the our society, which depends on kundali (horoscope) rather than proper investigation, before handing over their precious treasures to unknown strangers, as if they are a burden, they want to get rid of. This cruel display of unwitting blindness of the elders, is in great contrast to the vileness of some the modern youth, as well as the deep sense of fair play in others of the same generation. The future lies in the hands of the youth, and those who do not know to defend themselves, will fall prey to wolves like Ayush and Sonakshi, who are also a product of the world contaminated with crass western culture of globalized cunsumerism.
In Darjeeling, Naina is recuperating, and as her fever has not gone down as yet, Anjali wants to call the doctor. Naina feebly asks her mother to call Supriya as she wants to clear some things with her. When Anjali asks her to forget the past, the daughter is showing her the signs of wisdom, and tells her that the past will always be there, but it is a question of how to face it.
In the precap, Naina is seen running outside, hearing a guitar being played. She is reminded of Lonavla, and she finds a young man, in a yellow shirt with his back to her, sitting on a bench, and playing the guitar. She walks closer to him. Could it be Daksh ?

Ayush is at the house of the Patwardhan family and is giving them a shock, by saying that he wants to break his marriage with Akruti, In all this commotion, it is Akruti who turns the tables on Ayush. She berates his way of thinking. When he questions her about the child she is carrying, suggesting that it could be some one else's she raises her hand to hit him, and he holds her hand, and pushes her and she falls flat on her stomach, on the table nearby. They rush the doctor in, while the one who caused this quickly gets away with his 'parents'. I do not dare to call them his father and mother, as they have acted in such a way, only hired agents could have done. For all the show, they might not be his parents at all, and it is a pity we have these people in the P zoo, who do not use their minds in anything they do. Even the professor, seems to have lost his lustre.
The doctor makes his examination and comes to the conclusion that she has had a miscarriage. The inmates of the house are in an awe, and all they do is close their gaping mouths, with their palms at the loss of an heir to their family. Rohini must be counting her blessings, and knowing very well her part in bringing this calamity on their family, but like a mouse that she is, she will keep a low profile for some time, till she finds out what her partner in crime has planned for this family.
In Darjeeling, Naina hears some music from afar and she asks her maid, if she hears it, and finding that it is not from the t.v. she goes out and finds Daksh playing the guitar sitting on a bench. She rushes to him, and he turns to look at her, when she asks him why he broke the promise she made him make, not to meet her. He tells her that he had made a prior vow, that he will never forsake her at any cost, and he had to come and see her. They embrace, and then the rest of the family, with Supriya come on the scene to see what is happening.
Supriya wants to have a word with Naina, and she too says, she has to clear up some things with her and they walk to a secluded place, and Supriya is all tensed up and accepts her mistakes, and does not know how to get out of her dilemma. When she came to Darjeeling, she had one thing in mind, and now after finding the truth about her own past, she does not know. She tells her the sin which she brushed under the carpet so long ago, has come to haunt her, and forced her to take a fresh look at her own self. Naina has proved much stronger than she was, and is proud of her, and has hopes for a bright future for her, but she wants to yield to her younger daughter who is very self willed, and she knows that she has become like that, on account of her vacillation, trying to bury her past, and use this child as an escape. Naina tells her that she knows her daughter far too well, and how far she is ready to go, but does not elaborate. Naina tells her that Daksh loves her more than she loves him. She can not accept her suggestion, to give Daksh as a toy to her daughter to play with. He is a living being, with emotions of his own, and even if she were to get her wish, she will not be sure, her daughter will be loved and be happy. When she is arguing with Supriya, Daksh comes over to Naina and places his assuring hand on her shoulder. Supria leaves in desparation, and on the way, stops and cries asking the forgiveness of Naina. They have no inkling as to what has happened back in Mumbai.
In the precap, a short scene shows Naina telling Daksh to leave her, as she does not 'love' him. She is emotionally all mixed up.

In the Patwardhan house, Dr.Vihan, has just finished his examination and settled Akruti to rest on her bed, and is meeting the family and telling them the truth, which distresses all. Shyamal is beginning to cry, and her husband tells her that he is relieved that the child is gone, as he would not have been proud to be called a grandfather of an illegitimate child. His brother raises his voice and shouts down at him, at his callous way of speaking. While all the members of this family are worried about Akruti, Rohini as expected, starts her turning the screws on her mother in law, and brings out her hatred of Naina, and puts all the blame for their miseries on her. When senior Patwardhan, tries to stop her, the mother sides with Rohini and says, that if she had not brought this stranger into the house, and treated her as her own daughter, against the advice of her other relatives, this would not have happened. Sanket wants to call Daksh and tell him, what has happened to Akruti, but his mother stops him, from doing so. Rohini squirms and perhaps hatches a new plan. When they go to Akruti's room, they find her trying to get up, as she has regained consciousness, and wants to know what the doctor said, but her mother cries, and her aunt tries to reassure her, and the rest of the family is looking sullenly at her, and Akruti senses the truth, that she has lost her child.
In Darjeeling, Daksh and Naina try to reach out to each other, and Anjali tries to be of help. In moments of intimate affection, Daksh glows with love, and Naina too remembers and hugs him. Anjali reminds Naina of the wedding plans, and she goes to prepare the cards. Daksh and Anjali exchange words, and she tells him, that he is the best that could have happened to her daughter. In the night, something has happened in Naina's life, that she has been made to reconsider her decision, and in the morning she tells Daksh that she can not go ahead with his plans to get married. She tells him, that she does not love him. I have a feeling, that Rohini, on seeing her mother stop Daksh from knowing about Akruti, might have called Naina, and put doubts in her mind, and told her how much Akruti needs her cousin. There is no evidence for this, but it is my hunch.
In the precap, we see the Bhardwaj family together, and also Supriya is there. Daksh comes and puts sindhur on Naina's forehead, a sign of his wish to make her his wife. Supriya looks on, with anxiety all over her face.

Daksh holds Naina by her hand and drags her to the altar, and asks her to say that she does not love him, in the presence of God whom she loves and trusts. Naina is unable to express her fears, and in the meantime, Supriya who is on her way out of the town, tells her driver to turn the car back, and she comes to see Naina. She tells her to give Daksh up, and allow her sister Sona to marry him. Daksh is offended by her behavior and tells her that yesterday, she knew that she was her daughter, and today, she wants to snatch away her happiness, to satisfy the other girl. He asks her, if she understands what she is asking of Naina, who has had to give up everyone she has loved from the time of her birth till today. First is was her birth mother, then, her father leaves her bereaved, and she comes to know Anjali is not her mother, she comes to Bombay and goes through hell, all caused by others who supposedly were her well wishers. The last arrow, comes from her own birth mother. He adamantly tells Supriya, she can not get want she wants. She does not know what she is asking, and even when she knows that he does not love Sona, she still wants to bind her to him, and live a miserable life, unloved. He is in front of the altar, and sees a tray of sindhur. He picks up some in his hand, and places it on the forehead of Naina, as they are all watching him. Anjali, comes on the scene, and she ties the knot, and they take the seven rounds around the fire, and get the blessings of Anjali. Supirya leaves broken hearted Naina touches the sindhur, and realizes what has happened, and feels that it is not right, and says, that her doing so, will bring so much unhappiness to everyone around her, and runs away. Anjali holds Daksh back, and tells him, that by being alone, she will regain her mind. Later, she is seen in front of her father's photograph, and Anjali reminds her how he always used to tell her that when you feel you have lost the way, to close the eyes and listen to the heart. She closes her eyes, on Anjali's prompting, and realizes that the step she has taken is right, and comes running into the arms of Daksh where she lingers with the comfort, that Daksh offers her.
In the room of Akruti, she is very distressed at the way Ayush turned her down, and in the bargain, killed the baby she was looking forward to. Amidst tears, she asks her mother, what she has gained, and she has seen only sorrow. Ayee sends all of them out, and holds Akruti close to her, and rues her decision to invite Naina into her house, and she has persuaded herself, into believing that she was responsible for all the unhappiness that her family has seen. It is a pity, that a good woman like her has had no opportunity to think deeper than the surface of things around her. Her sister Minoo, always used to find fault with this tendency of hers. Today, she has bought in to the insinuations of Rohini and Sonakshi, and embraced them rather than Naina, whom her son, far deeper in mind than her and her husband, found the depth and wealth in this girl, and bonded to her.
In the precap, we see, Ayee deeply frustrated, and venting her anger on Naina, turning her head to the entrance, where she sees her son Daksh. She takes a step forward, and says, "Chintu.." and then sees the love of his life, by her side, Naina demure and dressed up in a sedate saree. The camera turns to Rohini, and we see her hair on her head fluttering, which makes me think, that the devils in her head are rushing out in despair.

Anjali is very happy that Daksh and Naina are married. Daksh offers to support Naina, but they are apprehensive as to what awaits them ahead in their life. Naina is unhappy, that she has entered into this marriage, without the blessings of the mother and father of Daksh, whom she holds in high regard.
On the recommendation of Anjali, the newly married couple go to visit the temple of the Mother Goddess, possibly when they reach Mumbai. When they are gone, Anjali turns to Diwakar's picture, and promises him, that she has fulfilled his wishes, and hopes that he too will be happy seeing his daughter from wherever he is. In the temple, Daksh sends an SMS to Akruti. He gets a return SMS saying there is a great need for him to be at home.
In Mumbai, Dr.Vihan is attending Akruti, and when her father suggests that he gives her sleeping injection, he tells him, not to be harsh to her. He on the other hand, encourages Akruti, and gives her courage, and assurance that she has the strength to overcome all odds. In the meantime, the meddlesome Rohini is in the kitchen, and hears a mobile beep, and looking at it, realizes it to be Akruti's and reads the message. It has been sent by Daksh from the temple. Immediately, her warped mind makes her do the thing that comes easy to her. She sends a vicious SMS to Daksh, which makes him, leave the temple and rush home.
Rohini is showing anxiety to the family, telling them she is getting a premonition, of something grave is about to happen. The inmates as usual are influenced by what they hear from her, and show their level of intelligence to be absolutely minimal. There does not seem to be much time elapsed since Rohini sent the SMS, but Daksh is on their doorstep. Perhaps, the temple of the Mother Goddess was in Mumbai or the producers wanted to cut the episode short. Rohini, knowing what to expect, goes to open the door, and sees Daksh, with one side of the door open. The mother exclaims, "Chintu" and the other door opens and they see Naina, and every one is upset and annoyed as may be expected from people like this, who jump to conclusions first, and later apologize profusely, to undo the damage they do. Rohini starts her vituperative talk, but Akruti is happy and glowing, thanks to the generosity of the writer and rushes to meet Naina and Daksh, but Ayee with her clouded mind, holds her back, and Akruti tries to convince her, and separates the hand that holds her and moves forward, and then her father stops her with a loud warning to go back. He says, what is there to see. Sarcastically he remarks, "When you needed him most, where was Daksh ? What is the point of rushing to him now? " Daksh and Naina are upset and do not say a single word.
His mother struts angrily to Daksh and tells him, that if he wants her to consider him as her son, then to break this sham marriage.

In the meantime, the meddlesome Rohini is in the kitchen, and hears a mobile beep, and looking at it, realizes it to be Akruti's and reads the message. It has been sent by Daksh from the temple. Immediately, her warped mind makes her do the thing that comes easy to her. She sends a vicious SMS to Daksh, which makes him, leave the temple and rush home.
Rohini is showing anxiety to the family, telling them she is getting a premonition, of something grave is about to happen. The inmates as usual are influenced by what they hear from her, and show their level of intelligence to be absolutely minimal. There does not seem to be much time elapsed since Rohini sent the SMS, but Daksh is on their doorstep. Perhaps, the temple of the Mother Goddess was in Mumbai or the producers wanted to cut the episode short. Rohini, knowing what to expect, goes to open the door, and sees Daksh, with one side of the door open. The mother exclaims, "Chintu" and the other door opens and they see Naina, and every one is upset and annoyed as may be expected from people like this, who jump to conclusions first, and later apologize profusely, to undo the damage they do. Rohini starts her vituperative talk, but Akruti is happy and glowing, thanks to the generosity of the writer and rushes to meet Naina and Daksh, but Ayee with her clouded mind, holds her back, and Akruti tries to convince her, and separates the hand that holds her and moves forward, and then her father stops her with a loud warning to go back. He says, what is there to see. Sarcastically he remarks, "When you needed him most, where was Daksh ? What is the point of rushing to him now? " Daksh and Naina are upset and do not say a single word.
His mother struts angrily to Daksh and tells him, that if he wants her to consider him as her son, then to break this sham marriage.
