Hi all

After parking the car and locking it, Geet went to the hospital reception.

"Hi, can you tell me where the orthopaedic surgery wing is?"

Nurse at the reception said, "Do you have a surgery scheduled there? Because as far as I know, it is under renovation and we have shifted every patient to some other hospital."

"No, I don't, but somebody I know does. Can you tell me where it is?" Geet was getting annoyed by her answer.

"Yeah sure, go down that side," showing her the way by her hand, "it is under renovation, turn right, and you will be there."

Another person was standing there filling out some form.

"Well, look who is here? The one who will get the surgery scheduled even if it is not available," the man standing nearby said.

Geet turned to him and said, "Listen Mr." Geet suddenly got surprised, "Oh my God, Maan," she hugged him, "what a surprise, what are you doing here?"

"Slow down Geet," Maan said while giving her a smile, "I have just been transferred here, just came for regular check-up. What are you doing here?"

The nurse was rolling her eyes and got busy in other work.

"My boyfriend has an ACL surgery scheduled today, so I came with him."

"At last the great Geet Handa found someone," Maan said in a teasing manner.

"Why don't you come and meet him?"

"Geet, he is having surgery now, he needs you more than me. I will come later to see him. Okay?"

"I understand, waise bhi army walon ke paas time kahan hota hai apne dosto ke liye?" Geet said in a sarcastic manner."

Maan gave a sad smile, while looking down and said in a low voice, "Not anymore."

"What did you say?"

"Oh, nothing," Maan said while looking at her, "I will come to your house and meet you along wirh him there only."

"As you say, I got to go now. It was nice seeing you after a long time."

"Nice to see you too. Bye. Take care."

"Yes I will. Bye."

She bids bye to him and goes towards the way nurse had told her to. While going she observes that the area was under renovation as materials and things were being moved and very few people were there in attendance. She goes to the reception of that wing.

"Hi, can you tell me where is room no, 401?"

"Sure Ma'am. Just go this way, it is at the end of the corridor."

"Thanks."

The nurse just gives a smile and Geet starts moving down the line to reach the room.

She enters the room and sees Dev sitting on the bed with a form in his hands.

"Hey baby," Geet said while entering and sitting beside him.

"Hey," Dev said while looking at him, "I hate filling these forms," he said with a sad face.

"Dev, you know that this is just a formality, everything is going to be fine."

"I know, when you are here, nothing wrong can happen," he said while holding her hand, "aww, there is no support, I think I will make holes in this form."

"Here honey, take this," she said while giving him the book, "you will be able to write properly."

"See, that is why I love you, you always have solutions to my problems," he said while giving her a peck on lips.

Now he again starts filling up the form, "Blood sugar, no, heart problem, no, history of illness, definitely no."

Geet was smiling looking at him and brushing his hair.

"UID no., hmm, I hope I am remembering the right digits," Dev said while writing them, "there, done with it."

As soon as he said this, a nurse entered there.

"Hi, I am Nandini. Dr. Verma will be with you shortly. I just need to know some details."

"Uh yes, here. I have filled it." Dev said while giving her the form.

"Thank you so much."
