Its not about the country you live in, its about the forum you are posting in. IF rules clearly state no writing in Caps, it denotes shouting. its against the basic etiquette of internet.

I dont understand why you are still talking about this. Its over and done with. The forum has many rules that I am unaware of, we cant talk about other shows, we cant write in caps its absurd. But seriously its over and done with so why dont you just stop talking about it, and thats the weirdest thing in the world caps = shouting.. caps should = someone being really aggrevated with the way the writers are dragging this show.
