Gullu toh shaadi karne keliye wait bhi nahi karpaarahi hai...
dushy n his deadly glances that all the things happening in front of him...
LOved LOved the scene between MB n gulaal...tera toh favorite scene toh hoga hi...his love for her n her respect for him...this was the bond between them that was present till the end...he stood by his promise to her...
then comes MB informing PB...kya flirting horaha hai...no doubt ki kesu inka hi beta hosaktha hai...
PB is very much ismart that she didnot reveal the actual secret...agar bataa dethi toh kya hota kisko patha...
how sweet that they all colored rukhibaa house...loved gulaal expressions while painting the house and rukhibaa is also ismart...gulaal ki shaadi ka naam liya...n she predicted that it is between vassy n gullu...
vassy leaving rashipur...loved how gullu says that its their love that made two villages to be friends...n saying he was right in not eloping her...n gadha telling that he wants to do it now...jab ladki thayaar thi toh tab kya hua...
dushy full on FBs of gullu...n MB convincing him saying that vassy n gullu are in love...n dushy felling that he was betray by MB...

Ramya🤗
you are right...mera favourite hi hoga that scene..because it actually was a reflection of so many scene that came between MB and Gulaal..the bond so strengthened and in the end Why MB reacted how she did..how Gulaal came back for Janmashtami only on MB's say..she would not have been there but for MB...and MB shows how she reflects her heart in her eyes..but it was equally true for him too..this scene bound them forever..Gulaal's decision to fast elevated her in MB's eyes, while MB's stance of putting his pagdi on the ground before Revji, elevated him in Gulaal's eyes..but today they met on one front...both acknowledging the importance of the other and thus cementing a relation which stood rock solid in all the ups and downs, happiness and tragedies of life...

Ooh and the rishta making is happening all over again! This is one fast show 😆 Ek din mein dushmani over, next day rishta coming, next day rishta tooting, next day new rishta coming, and lo, ab to ek week mein shaadi! 😆 In between lovers flirt and part and meet again and 2 potential bad guys turn pukke villains... !

Anyway - the best scene of the episode, like you said Srushee - was the one between MB and Gulaal. How can such a father daughter scene not touch your heart! When he told her his hand will always be on her head in blessing till his last breath, I was thinking of this being the exclusive bond, which compelled Gulaal to come breaking back through the doors and into his feet, when Kesar was taking her away! She had come to MB - because there's was a bond like that, made this way. She had cried at his feet seeking this hand that had been promised to her, here. And although MB lapsed briefly, it is true he was never unfair in his own rights to Gulaal - even when he punished her, he could never wish her ill in his heart! It also reminded me of how MB was Gulaal's confidante in the house, for words she did not speak. After Vasant, so much passed between these two - its almost like his right to be her father almost topped Revji's, or at least gave it serious competition...!

Moving on - Dushyant giving Vasant a hug in congratulations reminded me of Kesar giving Dushyant a hug congratulating him for winning the Sarpanch post. The same hard feelings, the same hug for show of civility, the same inside vengeance bidding its right time. [Geeshu can you pretty please do a comparison gif of these two?! 🤔 ]

Vasant being teased by all of Gullu's friends was like watching the future with Kesar being teased by Bulbul and Dhaani 😆 The difference was obviously Gullu madam's reactions - the brat here, and the prude there 😳 saari naa insaafi was reserved for bichara Kesuda

The scene between GV - where Gulaal admits Vasant was right about not eloping - the shine of pride in Vasant's eyes (even though he turns it to a light romantic moment by declaring he'd run with her now) is that gleam of pride which we see in Gulaal for Kesar - especially in that scene where she tells Kesar he needs to fill his dimaag ka ghada with patience and thoughtfulness, and then when he assures her he'd do anything for her, Gulaal has this same smile that Vasant does in this scene, as she tells him, she trusts him! Oh I'm getting so obsessed with drawing parallels - but that's what happens when you watch a show pre and post leap at once 🤓

Finally - oh the scene that intrigued me so much only an episode ago... The MB Dushy dialogue - I felt happy watching this scene, thinking I guessed it close enough The whole MB taking Dushy's offer as a benign gesture, but making a call on Vasant and Gulaal because in his head he knows GV are already committed to each other, and hence despite Dushyant showing such 'generosity', need not have to go through 'an obligation'! Srushee, you said how MB was a fair man and if he'd not known Gulaal's heart he would have given her the option. I also wonder what MB would have done, if he had known Dushyant's true heart! Dushy just made his entire proposal like this noble act, so MB did not see beneath it, his raw obsession. If Dushyant had plainly claimed love for Gulaal and asked MB to take his rishta - would MB have given Gulaal the choice, or not put Vasant's name forth in the first place?! MB misunderstanding Dushy's little scheme as a good deed really did back fire on our evil playboy - and in the long run on GV themselves - if only MB knew how instrumental he had been in shaping so much of the future, with this one seeming deceit! 😳 Critical, critical scene - and only goes to further attest how Gulaal became more of a trophy to him, than anything else - given the competition here!

Oh I like this one tons Geeshu ☺️ That's one of my favorite favorite favorite GK scenes! Although I can also think of how this GV scene also tallies in a way with GK scene of parting when Kesar drops her off at Revji's house after the DV breaks...
