Its much easier to list the ones I like rather then the ones I dislike. Too many fall in the faltu category.

really painful to see how the film flopped sooo BADLY tht it bold out the wicket of JP DUTTA who made a great film like BORDER. i seriously wished if umrao jaan had not happened he would have churned movies tht could benefit him

I partly agree. It wasn't a bad film, Aishwarya gave an acclaimed performance, even the music was soulful. But everything else about it was wrong. If I remember well, the original Umran Jaan had flopped as well. If the 70s/80s ke zamaane ke people were not interested in the movie, why will the 21st century people be any interested?

On top of that he released the film between Don and Dhoom 2. It was obvious what people would pick. On top of that it was a female oriented film! It was destined to not do well. 🤢
