anika-r u leaving?please dnt leave.agrements n disagrements wil take.to have peace on forum lets just dnt discus a topic which is nt coming to any conclusion becoz it makes us frustated.if dont bring past argument in curent topic which always happens ,then we can avoid fights. manytimes in proving or convincing r POV,we dnt even try to understand other pov,or read it carefuly .this hapens bt stil we can avoid it in future n nt alow this forum to turn it into argumentiv zone.i dnt think anyone should leave forum bt try to understand others,dnt hurt anyone n yet put acros ur pov.

Anmol, what exactly do you mean by 'aise logo ki class lag rahi'. Isn't it presumptious of you to think you know what class people are?
Do you think Only Annika had no 'iraada' to fight? Seriously, if you don't have the courage to participate in a DEBATE because of pure laziness please do not promote unpleasantness. A lot of the very people you are mocking often defend you by saying you're a good sport and interact well with everyone here. Please we settled our differences, agreed on some points and agreed to disagree on others, don't make this into a catfight. It's quite unbecoming of you. Really if our posts are an indication of our class, will it be fair for me to say that you have just shown us your class????

Class kisne kiski le li yeh toh dikhayi de raha hai...I just wanted an honest discussion on some things which I talked about in my first post in this thread. But again only that happened about which I had asked - take one or two minor words and...WHAM!. I learnt that if a person wants to discuss more about issues or message but is not a fan of any character, he/she becomes a dhobi ka doggie -he/she makes him/her self vulnerable to problems with from both sides...

Fight? I have been saying in each post, please it's not about a fight...lekin pehle khud hi sawaal poochte hain...jawab na do toh double standards kehte hain...jawab de do toh sara thread fighting lagti hai...

Honestly I apologised just to close the topic, because I had sensed it would go nowhere or only in an ugly direction...

Tumne jawab diya ho ya nahin, koi farak nahin padta hai. Jo hua woh sab dekh ke jawab mil hi gaye.

I don't agree with you on a lot of things, but it's good to see you're real, without any qualms.

Yes I am not discussing it. I am glad it is over and I am still beating myself for even starting it...pata nahi kya soch ke start kar diya...

I did not bring any past argument in it! My main concerns are the ones which I outlined in questions in my first post in this thread. Past arguments bataane padey jab poocha gaya...some said they didn't quite get what I wanted to discuss or was referring to, so I gave examples of the kind of posts.

Otherwise, I never wanted to discuss just some old arguments or let out frustration here.

But I know the nature of posts/discussion in recent pages of this thread would give anyone an impression about a fight or a war. Instead of answers I got practical experience of what unsaid expectations are...So no doubts now.

I understand others and all ways now. And there are certain things which go against my grain...I can't instinctively follow ''unsaid stuff'', nor do I want to retaliate or fight and there're some things which I also can't ignore (personal assumptions and snide, cheeky comments). So I feel it's best to withdraw altogether - it will be best for everyone's peace of mind, including myself.

It's just a TV serial related forum...there was no need to take either the serial or the forum seriously (even slightly seriously).

I replied to the two of you, because Anmol has not participated much. And Tanvi, you did not come at all.

It's all over from my side. The serial was useless anyway...and thanks to this addictive forum, I was not able to quit watching it. So it's good for me to quit the forum and also quit watching that serial.

No point in staying back. Please don't mind Tanvi, for the first time, I found your post sensible and sweet! 😉 Just kidding! 😊 It was nice and refreshing reading your post as a fellow member Tanvi, and not only as a fan of a character. 😊

Annika as i said bringing issues frm past i dint point out to u i was refering al of us in general.i have gone through ur posts ,replies in this thread n they r very much sensible,u also spoke on behalf of me n anmol i m thankful to u,bt i m nt able to figure wat went wrong ,the reason for misunderstanding,may b i dint read carefuly bt one thing i wud say please dnt leave the forum,we might never agree bt obvisiously u have the right to speak ur mind ,heart n u were never wrong,infact u have great explaining quality.so please Dont leave forum.

These are my last thoughts in THIS thread, interpret however you wish to and at your own peril or benefit, whichever your choose 😉

The general nature of the starting post made many claims, statements and asked many questions.

No specific instructions were given onwho should respond, how to respond, what words to ignore as minor or what words to emphasise as major.

We INTERPRETED the message according to our individual frames of references and responded accordingly. Part of my interpretation was based also on the very generality of the post. Unfortunately or fortunately none of us can read minds to know the actual intent of any poster thats why it's open to so many interpretations.

@ Anmol, I do not have a problem with you, i have a problem with what you had to say.Yes, honesty is an admirable quality, but there is a certain decorum to be maintained which I think is what the topic starter was trying to convey and discuss. Anyway, thanks for responding to me. I appreciate it and the language. 😃

Yes indeed! WE includes me. I am certainly not exempt from any of the above. Instructions are never given in any thread. Thread starter thinks it depends on the sensibilities of each member who chooses to comment, and also hopes he/she is lucky enough not to be misunderstood or ruffle any feathers.

Whether one can read minds or not, that is very very clearly apparent. It's modesty to say we can't read minds. But looks like people have a style of reading minds too - jaisi jiski soch...

There were no instructions but there were explanation in response to some people that it was not meant to be a fight or settling scores and all other stuff. If explanations also don't help. Then what does? [That also depends on individuals' own unique interpretations!😃]

Post was general to maintain neutrality - and with a hope to have discussion just as members of a forum and not as fans of X, Y or Z character.

Naam le lo toh problem hai (making it a fight, settling scores or letting out frustration against one thread), naam na lo toh problem hai (it is general!)!

Kuch bhi kar lo, lekin phir bhi sabne apni samajh hi lagani hai.

The last quote you mentioned is really apt. And it applies to EVERYONE, each one of us, including you also.

BTW, Intruderfast was talking about ''class lagana'' - class lagana - if I am not mistaken, it does not refer to labelling people's class. I told him maine class nahin lagayi. But still you interpreted it as you wished or deemed fit...😉

Yes he was not right - it's not polite to openly tell people you dislike them! But it's much better than underhand stuff or snide comments.

Anyway, the talk between you and Anmol was the similar personal commenting I talked about. I find it unfortunate that such things happen. I thought there could be a way out to avoid it all. But I see it is unstoppable...😕

I started this thread to seek some solutions, have honest discussions (not fights) - between all kinds of members - even the ones who don't see eye to eye!

Sadly or oddly it all proved to be useless. Anmol pehle bola kam bola, aur ab discussion ke failure par has raha hai. Kuch bhi kar le ab - hasey ya ignore karey, kachra toh hua hi pada hai!

So the ultimate conclusion is - sab ek theli ke chattey-battey hain...take it or leave it..either learn to ignore, or learn to tolerate or keep fighting forever! [That is how I interpreted it!😆]

You may have learnt to enjoy fights Anmol and Suchi might like her ''riff-raff''. But I don't enjoy it (with anyone or any ''group'') because after initial thrill or fun everything starts to get personal and ugly. So I now realised I should just keep away.

Annika -- Hi -- I am late coming on this thread -- I dont have a lot of time to do this in one go -- so I am going to post in bits and pieces -- and in no particular order -- so maybe the whole thing I have to say will only make sense after all the pieces of the puzzle come together.

MY POSTS ARE NOT DIRECTED AT YOU OR EVEN IN THE CONTEXT OF THIS THREAD -- I AM PUTTING FORTH A BROAD SET OF VIEWS AND WANT ANYONE WHO WILL BE HELPED BY THEM TO TAKE THEM.

First, a lot has been said here about how different people will interpret posts here differently - the intent and content. I agree with that. I once participated in a 'dialogue building' exercise in a conflict resolution course i took.

The instructor wrote one word "red" on the blackboard - and asked us to identify what we understood by it.

The answers were very diverse

1. Blood/revolution.

2. Communism

3. Rose - (love)

4. Embarassment

5. fruits 😆

etc. etc. etc.

The moral of the story -- the same word may have completely different meaning to different people and two people may start arguing because of different perceptions.
