The environment as you described is so perfect for that situation. Early morning, Dim lights, and a HUNK dancing to the most beautiful song "DIL SE RE" and that too topless...Oh! MAN!! I would have been dead If I was in Kria's place...Kria just couldn't control her feelings, her emotions. She was helpless. She didn't even know what she was doing, so intoxicated with Rey's Hotness...She was Smitten by this guy's Aura...We could feel her urge to touch that guy, to hug him..but..just as you said..her fear ruled over her emotion. Sometimes, people end up doing things and regret later...Kria is such a strong girl she didn't even do that. Keeping in Mind Kria's Character...that Scene was shot so beautifully that even though Kria didn't let Rey know about her Presence , he could feel it...

The way he was trying to touch her in the pillar and she was escaping bit by bit...oh! girl...so much passion, so much of intensity...
he just could feel her everywhere thats why he could go and pin her whereever she went. He could feel her presence and yet..he didn't do anything that would make her regret ... Even though both of them were so intoxicated with each other, they kept boundaries which is awesome.
