The makers of 'Bodyguard' will select local people to act as bodyguards for Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor, as the stars gear up for a multi-city tour.

When every politician, star or any celebrity walks, behind them you see an alert Bodyguard in form of a cop, black cat commando or a private security. And now with Salman Khan's Bodyguard releasing this Eid, everyone is more aware than before of a Bodyguard.

Salman Khan plays Kareena Kapoor's Bodyguard in the film. Since her life is under threat his job is to save her and protect her.

Now the makers are taking the concept of Bodyguardto every town and city that Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor travel to. You can be 'their Bodyguard' for a day in your city and protect them through the day.

Says a source, "The idea is to make people live the life of a bodyguard. Selected persons will be like the shadow of Salman Khan or Kareena Kapoor in each city they travel and will get a feel of the glamour world intimately. For a lay person this would be a great opportunity to be with Salman or Kareena for the whole day".

Producer Atul Agnihotri confirms, "We will be traveling to 15 cities a week before the film's release. Both Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor individually will be traveling and promoting the film. In every city, they would have a local bodyguard who would be their 'personal bodyguard' for the day. As a concept it is extremely enriching experience".
