As TV actors,it is very important to keep ourselves fit.But there are times when we work for 13-14 hours a day,and it becomes difficult to hit the gym.But,I manage to work out every alternative day for an hour and half at least.I go for a cross-fit training,when I have some extra time to spare.Im very conscious about my diet that includes a balanced mix of sprouts,greens,egg whites and protein-based meals.I am careful about my diet because I dont want to lose out on the protein-based meals,the protein content in your diet helps you maintain your physique.As told to Amrita Mulchandani and Shruti Jambhekar

Yoga and power yoga have contributed a lot towards my fitness.I work out every alternative day for an hour or so.I eat wholesome home-cooked food.As the gurumantra of eating right goes,I eat heavy breakfast or lunch and always keep my dinners light,when I have soup,salad or brown bread sandwich.I make it a point to have luke warm water with lemon and ginger every morning.
