This is the future story line:

Simar is in her sasural and Roli back in Vrindavan.

But, for the sake of Chak Dhoom Dhoom or other show, Hitcki blackmails Simar to do shows for him or he will expose the truth to Prem's entire family.

Yeah further story will revolve around simar only how she gets blackmailed. when everyone comes to know veracity. May be they accept roli also as a prem wife.
