This is when I say what were they thinking?

I wonder who was the hair artist for this so called fashion show? Did he or she went to zoo before this show & were they inspired by wild goats? I am not crazy about outfits either.

PC wore that dress at IFFA this year and she carry it so well and it looked gorgeous on her but here on this girl it doesn't look that good 👎🏼

That is the one priyanka wore, She mentioned on the green carpet that it was Manish Malhotra. and since this is a couture show the wierd hair isnt meant to be practical, its meant to provide artistic value.
