Hahaha - at my own joke - no she isn't! But yes, she really needs to question herself over tons. Starting from why she was obsessing so much over 'the lowe' if she doesn't think a dime for it! Hopefully she will not come up with an answer like Bulbul and Dhani totally misled me, lol! 😆 I'm extremely eager to watch how Kesar now behaves around Gulaal, when she tries to make up. In simple things like, say Gulaal serving food on the table. When he had come back, he brushed her away rudely, but I doubt that will be it now. Indifference, maybe not! Maybe he'll just be civil to her, with such tolerance, that it will drive her mad?! Aah speculation much! And still hoping MB will send him away before Gulaal gets the chance to 'talk her case' with him and clear her side! She deserves at least that much heart ache.

🤣 She loves the attention really :\ Bhau khaati hai!!😕

I think he will try to ignore but fail because it's Kesar at the end of the day. He's putty in her hands so it wouldn't take too long to get through to him. Oh how I'm waiting for the day her heart aches for him like his did...does.

An apt title, I must say. And a nice post. The scene more than made up for the crappy first 2/3rd part of the episode filled with Raman-Sudha *yawns* and that new guy, whatever his name is, with his oh-so-ROMANTIK poetry *cringe* *gags*.

The writers deserve a pat on the back for this scene...so do Neil and Manasi. The push n puls continues. This was yet again a game changer, may be the ultimate change in the game, confrontation. I really like the way the scene played out...Gulaal would never admit it but it all triggered from her fear at the REALITY of her friends words...the way she blasted off(just because he asked to close a window for her if she's cold) at the first thing in front of her, the first thing that she could most affiliate with his 'romantic' intentions...the bechare flowers! I think she expected Kesar to blow it off with 'I brought it for everyone' line...or give her any OTHER explanation to cling to so she could happily ignore her friends' words...but THIS is Kesar. He informs her veryyy matter-of-factly that he brought those flowers for HER only...just to make her happy...which of course further kindled her fear. And as this is Gulaal, so even though she keeps on replaying that 'Yeh PYAAR nahin to kya hai' line in her head...when she questions him, she asks him if he's doing it all just to 'get' her? To make her accept HIM as her husband? No mention of what he feels for her...no questions about it...because of course according to HER this is just lagao...not LOVE, the only emotion which makes one selfless enough to do anything and everything for the other person...so by her calculation there HAS to be some ulterior motive for all what he's doing for her. Idiot. Did she really expect Kesar to shy away from her questions, her accusations like she does? Boo freakin' Hoo Gulaal! Kesar has always been Gulaal's biggest miscalculation in her grand scheme of things. This time he laid out the facts so crystal clear for her, she would have a hard time running away from it now. Friends or no friends or whatever she can't scratch away what HE feels for her...she can continue to run away from her own feelings...but now she HAS to come to terms with what he feels for her. Neil was amazing today...the way he transitioned from getting the first blow, that bone deep hurt...feeling dejected...to confidently telling her that he loves her...then flaring up accusing HER in return of alwayss judging him wrongly. ...brilliantly enacted!

Edit

Going off topic here...but why the hell did that idiot dude want to ask KESAR's permission to meet Talli?! 😕

LOLL...its because for Kesar toh his feelings have reached a subconscious level where he doesn't need to actively THINK about it all the time...it's a part of him...an intrinsic part of him. She, on the other hand, is actively thinking about it...the reality of it, the consequences of that RUDE fact. 😆 If only she would accept them for what they are...she'll be less obsessed about them then.

^^ How true! He's already gone through his part of battle with emotions and self - Gulaal has a long road to go. Kesar has had his share of battles - trust, love, gaining and losing.

Gulaal's unrest will continue until she can start looking at her self in the mirror and beginning to look for reasons behind all her symptoms, all her reactions - and consequently discovering Vasant is not the only answer. When she can come to accept that, and make peace with it - she can finally begin to seek some mental peace too - where she isn't just busy chickening out, avoiding, in a dilemma, or worst of all, wallowing in guilt.

Ooo how I would do anything to see that restlessness in Gulaal, similar to how Kesar felt when he was going through that stage. What a sight that would be! Calm Kesar, psycho Gulaal ☺️

LOL true...but I guess it's easier said than done...has been for the longest time...but now things will shift as she comes to accept them at last...cuz there is no other way to go...no other shield to hide behind, no other lie to paint it with...

I hope they show Gulaal having flashbacks of that scene when Kesar tells her that one day she will have to accept the truth of his love.

I liked how this rose related to their bond which is color less but yet full of other beautiful colors hidden inside that one white rose, which they are unaware of. If we looked at their relationship now, its obviously empty, something has just gone too far away from them, the color of their actual relationship has faded away with time. And thats what both of them tried to bring it back... back then it was gulaal and now it is kesar...The paucity of the colors of their relationship that they are left with, needs to grow back with the coming time. And i totally see that for next week. I totaly see that something will grow in their relationship, it might be kesar's respect infront of gulaal. Her obstinacy of committing the same mistake by accusing kesar's love would soon reject her and will bring the old gulaal back, if not soon then later but slowly slowly...

Lovely post yaar...I loved how you interpreted the symbolism of the colors of the roses...👏...There has to be a reason Kesar mentioned that line about how white is the one color that consists of all colors...depends on how you want to view it...colorless or full of colors...it is both.

Fabulous analysis by you all! There isn't much to add to the GK scene. Excellent points by all.

As usual, witty writing by Jzee
As nur said-every confrontation has its uniqueness and own purpose, it looks similar scenes but extremely distinct in its own way.

Reemz-You are right, he is only one in however form gets things into her, everyone else around her did say things to her in the past but everything just brushed off her ears. All these years her conversations of righteous were within herself only where she didn't get an opposing/different opinion. This is what I said during the KT wedding phase that he will be the one to glue this shattered pieces of this woman, pull her together and teach her to live and love again. This is how their love is going to be, culmination of all these little events and not a particular event.

One thing has been stated firmly in this episode is that Kesar's side is crystal clear to Gulaal, now whatever her feeling/confusion or whatever has to be dealt with in herself and not from any external source. And like Mey-simi said in her post it is Gulaal's part realization of his true love.

This is the 1st time Kesar's love matter is on her head all the time every time, unlike other times where she thinks about it and just carries on with her routine.

Did anyone see until see showed the flowers he didn't know what flowers she was talking about?

I know nobody is interested in the first parts of the episode but something really bugged me today-When Thalli came to call Gulaal for dinner, at the begin she was caring but then when she saw the flowers her expression changed suddenly-it really scared me. It was like a jealous form then she seemed least bothered about Gulaal starving. Wonder what is cooking in her mind? She is very confusing these days. But loved the fact that Gulaal didn't hesitate to accept where it came from, no guilt, denial, nothing. Kind of slowly accepting as her share of rights. Nowadays Gulaal is not shaken by the label of Kesar's patni, or anyone mentioning them together in any form. Kind of slowly accepting the facts if not the emotions. Even she is at the point of accepting Kesar's feeling as love and nothing else.

Raman-Suda—Felt really bad for Suda-his little gesture of care make her accept everything as her own fault-wonder if she is been somewhere looking for this missed feelings in Thalli, the belonging, recognition. I know I am not expressing well enough.

And this man can never be forgiven-I mean he knows exactly what he is doing and not doing. Nothing is unintentional or with lack of knowledge.

Thalli-the same suit as in the photo?

What was that about chasing the photo? (Kunaal) does it symbolize anything?

See...Most of us have turned sadists😛 And we do because we want this Gulaal to find happiness in her life. With Kesar, ofcourse it is a whole different story. We want this because we have seen how really this guy cares for her
