Another wake up call as you say, but the first one to hit a bulls eye! And who but Kesar would manage such a feat with Galool! It suddenly becomes apparent to Gulaal, that Kesar wants the only one thing she would ever want - to revive the old GK bond from a decade ago, because it was that life giving light for her in the darkest times. When Kesar first returned all cold and sour, it was all she wanted. Then times just changed, and beneath her shield of defense, righteousness, or obstinate ostrich approach, she has cowered away from seeking that bond, because she has come to believe Kesar is looking for more. So deep goes her suspicion, that she cannot even see his reform to actually go her way and seek out that old bond, when he does finally realize and set out for it. I loved the change of expression at the exact point where it began, when he tells her it took him a while but he knows now that lve is not about gaining but giving... it's like she's surprised he can even say those words, and from there on, it is all about blunt truths she has been staring at, but been blind to.

And ofc - icing on the cake - Kesar clarifies he does love her, and always will... and that is something he has never denied or backed off from. A much needed clarification, which to my happiness, was not something that made Gulaal look away or shy or avoid - thank god! It goes on to prove how much she has changed in the last handful of days, how despite her decade of snubbing the will to live, a mere teaser glimpse of it has triggered that agitation called 'life' within her, such that she is willing to confront Kesar for answers, if only that would set records straight and she could resume being friends with him without the hitch created by her friends' words. Ofc, what she gets is much more than she bargains for - but she had this coming all along!

Yup! The first one to actually get through that armour of hers. She questioned, accused but then listened and understood. Beautiful transition! I was just watching the episode on TV and Manasi's subtle changes in expression were even more amazing to watch especially from the point when Kesar admits that he wanted to rectify his past mistakes by giving her limitless happiness in these 3 months. The dialogues were SPOT ON and so well delivered by Neil!

I really wanted him to clarify that he does still love her and he definitely does NOT apologise for that. Gulaal was able to ask these questions genuinely without that usual cold touch because she could not deny the happiness Kesar had given her in the past few days. Again it was another subtle change and kudos to the writers for showing it so intricately.

Very true...this was beautifully woven in to the storyline to tie up all the threads...it makes sense that at THIS point, Gulaal would be able to comprehend this cuz she cannot deny all that he has done for her happiness in the past few days.

The word pareshani is phamous now in the GK dictionary ☺️ I don't know if it was purposefully done but it was ironic how Kesar's pareshani was that Gulaal would not leave his mind and today he pointed out her pareshani which included the point that she can't stop obsessing over his feelings for her. In other words, she can't stop thinking about him.

Clever parallel if it was intended!

LOL so true😆😆...I do think it was intended as a parallel somewhere...I honestly can't help but think of THAT scene each time I heard K or G use this word...it's iconic now😆...and yes it's brilliantly written irony for the characters that Gulaal has reached a point where his feelings for her have become more HER obsession than his...it is SHE who is always trying to find labels for them, explanations for them...not HIM...it's HER😆...SHE needs to find a reasoning each time to figure out what those feelings are...they seem to be driving her up the wall much more than him😆

Besides there was once an SBS segment on how the cow is the third woman in Kesar's life - after Gulaal and Talli. 😆

@Reemz - I'm going to believe the writers have a very good idea of when they use what words, and especially of how they use them again, t bring about the full circle. Whether it was about pareshani - or about Kesar telling her he will stay away, like she had in the Talli wedding fiasco - they added to the scene all those little deja vu nuances which sort of connect to the recent past interactions and not all can be lucky coincidences! As Nur said - this point of the story was very credible for an actual conversation in a confrontation - given the fact that even if Gulaal was accusing him of his ulterior motive, even she could not deny that he had made her happy. It was a taste of that long lost happiness, like an old wine, that set her off to broach a topic herself - or haven't we known Gulaal to just hide behind shadows, or worse, behind make believe cold accusations?

Gulaal needs to ask herself why she didn't get this bothered when Dushyant declared his love for her 🤔 Yet Kesar's emotions scare her so much that she stares at the flowers he gave her the entire day 😳

LOL, she's like that little teen superstar, who wants to hate on a menial fan who sent her the bestest bouquet in the world, but can't from her love of the gift and so she secretly admires it behind locks 😆

Hahaha - at my own joke - no she isn't! But yes, she really needs to question herself over tons. Starting from why she was obsessing so much over 'the lowe' if she doesn't think a dime for it! Hopefully she will not come up with an answer like Bulbul and Dhani totally misled me, lol! 😆 I'm extremely eager to watch how Kesar now behaves around Gulaal, when she tries to make up. In simple things like, say Gulaal serving food on the table. When he had come back, he brushed her away rudely, but I doubt that will be it now. Indifference, maybe not! Maybe he'll just be civil to her, with such tolerance, that it will drive her mad?! Aah speculation much! And still hoping MB will send him away before Gulaal gets the chance to 'talk her case' with him and clear her side! She deserves at least that much heart ache.

Last scene was all related to that white rose, didnt it..? I liked how this rose related to their bond which is color less but yet full of other beautiful colors hidden inside that one white rose, which they are unaware of. If we looked at their relationship now, its obviously empty, something has just gone too far away from them, the color of their actual relationship has faded away with time. And thats what both of them tried to bring it back... back then it was gulaal and now it is kesar...The paucity of the colors of their relationship that they are left with, needs to grow back with the coming time. And i totally see that for next week. I totaly see that something will grow in their relationship, it might be kesar's respect infront of gulaal. Her obstinacy of committing the same mistake by accusing kesar's love would soon reject her and will bring the old gulaal back, if not soon then later but slowly slowly...
But still, I shall live in hope of some good ground space to be given to GK reconciliation next. I hope Gulaal will finally prove herself to be worthy of all the efforts he had put in to make her happy - if nothing more. I can patiently wait for their love to bloom, but for now, I just want to see Gulaal making some effort to get back on track.
I too hope that some where in her heart she would start to value kesar's love of attempting to make her happy... Good post Jze.!👍🏼
