A young man was lost in some thoughts in Mumbai Airport.
"Hey, SiD !! Where are you lost ?" Lucy pulled his hand !!
"Nothing !! How do you like India ?" Sid gave a small smile.
"Hey dude !! We just landed !! " Mark looked around to absorb the new world.
"Sid !! It has been almost four years now !! Right ! What do you feel ? " Henry questioned
"Yo!! " Sid sighed deeply..
"We have our taxi ! So !! Guys see you after 3 days " Maggy and David started moving.
"Hey !! Take care of yourself ! Beware of the new world" Warmth in Sid's voice.
Maggy pulled him into a hug, "Don't worry Sid! We have already done enough research !! David and me are quite used to these kind of adventures" David and Maggi often spend their holidays together in new countries..
After some time ..
"SID '." troop looked towards the exited voice.
Yuvi covered the last few steps running and pulled Sid into a tight hug, "How have you been man? Great to see you !! " excitement was all over his voice.
"I still cant believe I am seeing you" Naina pulled him into one more hug ..
Sid smiled brightly at the sight of the adorable couple in front of him.
"I am Great !!" "This is Mark, This is Henry and she is Lucy "
"Hai guys !!"
"And This is Yuvi and this is Naina" the introductions were done.
"We did not much about Sid's friend back in India!! It feels great to know you people" Lucy smiled.
"I think we need to start!! The wedding venue is around 100 kms away and you guys might need a rest after the long journey" Yuvi said pushing one of the trollies.
A while later !!
"So how are things Sid ! Heard you are doing great research with Prof. John on Biomathematics!! "
"Yaa !! It is very interesting !! We are currently studying the cancer cells and their propagation properties. We are having some real interesting results and it just drowns me completely" Sid replied observing the trees that were moving backwards..
"Gosh !! India is so different! I have never thought it would be like this " Henry
"Yaa !! Dude " Mark
"My my the woman wear such beautiful dresses " Lucy
"Actually the women are hot " Henry ..
"Guys !! Remember India !! A woman can easily slap you and get away here ! Careful !" Sid commented
"Hey! why cant we call a hot chick hot !!" Mark questioned ..
"You can !! if you want to be slapped " Sid laughed cruelly at his friend ..
"No ! Sid! It is not that bad ! " Yuvi intervened.. "If you know that girl well, she might even take it as a compliment"
"But of course it depends on many things " Naina came in between..
"So Sid! the girls would not swoon over you as they do in Houston " Lucy
"Oh!! So girls swoon over you !! " Yuvi smirked teasingly..
"Man ! swoon is a small world. After some performances we literally need to extract him out" Lucy rolled her eyes '
"You know ! We all perform ! But the crowd knows the real brain behind the composition !" Mark looked fondly at Sid.
"Hey ! Common guys the crowd swoons over all of us " Sid came to immediate defense..
"You guys mix Indian music and english music and come up with some interesting music, dance performances Right !! Silpha often updates me on that. She also showed us some of your performances. Sid it is really wonderful, brainy beautiful .. " Naina talked non stop..
"People are waiting to see your performance ! " Yuvi ..
Houston group looked among them selves and smiled widely.
"Hope Maggy reaches on time ! It will then be a blast " a slight worry on Lucy's face.
"She will come !! Don't worry ! Common Lucy! Let her enjoy her privacy with her man " Sid smiled assuringly.
