heehee..So this is basicaly how K and G have left us after a week of pure torture...All of us have turned into Tallis and Talli suddenly discovered brains !

So we start with a small shot summary of the week
Haye! haye!! Diljale Diljale...Dil jala jala ke surma nikal diya!!
Gulaal back in Kesar's house and room and Kesuda sleeping on terrace, hiding himself in a secret place only known to the terrorist, getting ill and getting patti-rap by the terrorist...and asking for 'Calendar' errr I mean Gullu Rani!! Khana do!!!
and gets a GPL...thank fully no jhapat and thepla curse this week... ofcourse Talli proposal doesnot count as a proposal so we all will just forget about the minor heart attack





And after the brilliant summary😛...
we come to the

the scene of the week definitely goes to the scene where gulaal stares at vasant's photo in her maika. his photo had that strong light on it as if he's some soul, so bright! esp. with the diya at the bottom, depicting something like someone's soul. i dont know how to explain this, but the way his photo was hung, the lighting effect and the diya, gave me such warmth, as if i have been touched by his warm and kind soul itself. and the way manasi was shown. yellow light from one side (life, warmth) and white light from the other (cold, soulless). and then she contemplated what she heard, what happened in the past few days, looked up to vasant, and then you see that stone-face of hers (it felt so painful!), and whatever warmth you see in her just disappeared and she switched off the source of light, her soul. and at that point, believe it or not, it felt like gulaal's soul was just lost, because of what she decided. and i knew she's gonna go back, but she wont be going back as gulaal. this was the point in the show where gulaal leaves her previous "life", her cocoon of vasant and his memories. this was the point which we all were waiting for.

U are all not surprised to find d character of d week'as kesar na..yeah..this week we saw many emotions in d character of kesuda'beginning with Monday'U find a confident Kesuda'talking with Sudha babi'that Gulaal will return at any cost'cos he knew..Gulaal cannot see d 2 families suffering'n he was pleased at her return'but it was not long lasted'as Gulaal reveals that she has only come for d pride of 2 families'n not for kesuda'she accuses..him for forcing her to return to him'n she cannot forgive him'but ..look at him..he believes that since she has returned..everything will be fine..n shocked n hurted'when Gulaal doubts..his real genuine..feelings'in his room'he feels shattered'n leaves'n u can see d guilt in him'which makes him to come n support her in d kitchen'n he was hurted more..when Gulaal tells him...that she cannot give him..his husband's place'here, he promises her that he will not show his face..if it hurts her much'n shows gentleman attitude at night..by sleeping..outside'n next morning..he makes his intentions very..clear that he wanted to bring Gulaal back..since it was her dream to stay in that house'n his confession should not make a difference in her happiness'n then..we saw..d typical filmy style scene..where he comes n begs..Goddess..that y can't Gulaal see his love'y is it matters that he is younger'to her'y can't she break'd wall Vasant'that she has built around..her'please do something that Gulaal can see his true..love'n spents d whole evening'in d rain'suufering from fever..n protests to come back'n at night'he wakes up'n as a habit..he puts d blanket on Gulaal..n next day'he was hurted..when Gulaal refuses to do d patti'but was taken aback..at her words'n asks talli to do d patti..n then like a child..comes n asks Gulaal for food'when she refuses to serve him'he stubbornly'says..that unless n until..Gulaal serve him food'he is not going to eat..n was not convinced by reva..n tallii..d terrorist.

All through..he has been treated as culprit'n what did he get'hurt n accusations from Gulaal'for whom he has done everything'

And I can say only one thing'a child's heart is like a white paper'there was d Gulaal's impression imprinted on his heart..who cares genuinely for him'n comes n rescues him first'whatever may be the consequences'he desperately'wanted that Gulaal back'his stubbornness..n childishness are d result of d cold behavior of Gulaal'what hurts him more is she is pretending..n he knows that well. Here, only Gulaal can bring that sweet kesuda back..n turn him into matured man'now he has decided to let her go..but he will be a complete man only with d return of his Gulaal.

Come to think of it, there weren't much pyaray say pal this week seeing as everything was quite chaotic after Gulaal's return to her maykay 😆. But still I managed to pick out some of the characters dialogues, that i liked...even though they're not pyaray ki pal.. I still chose them...or else this segment would have been blank 😊.

Gulaal's Dad- vo aik darvasah band karta hai, tho dusrah kol bhi detah hai, agar iss gaon main guzarah nahin hoga to dusrah gaon chalay jayingay, dunya hatam nahi hogayi yogesh!!! i loved this bit!! i think it's the first time i actually agreed with Gulaal's dad, don't know what happened to Yogesh and why he decided to have that pointless argument with his dad...but Gulaal's dad sahi jawab diya...dunya hatam nahi hogayi yogesh!! Oh i'm still laughing at that!!!😆🤣

Gulaal- jamuna kaki sirf utna hi kehyay jitna may sunsakti hoon'wow jamuna kaki ki bolti band!! 😲

Jamuna- aik baat hamaysha keyliyay yaad raklay gulaal, tujhay iss gar may dubara sirf is liyay laya gya hai, kyunki thu kesar ki patni hai, varna dekha jay tho iss gar say tera rishta hai hi kya? After everything Gulaal's done, i can't believe she said that..

Kesar- kya acha hai, kya burah hai, kya sahi hai, kya galat hai main dunya say nazar say kyun dekhoon? ' I loved this part, but then again i loved all the parts i've listed...i loved how he said this really fast.

Kesar- gulaal thu mujhay patti nahi lagayagi?

Kesar- Gulaal thu agayi? heart was dancing at this point

Though I wanted to have "Chiii" as the best dialogue of the week but I do not want to torture Kesar any more😆. So these are the lines which Gulaal says when she returns back to home and goes straight to Kesar's room. ..aired on 27^th June 2011

"pyaar khudgrarz nahi hota

Na hi kisi sharto par hota hai

Pyaar main kisi ka door ya paas rehna

Yaha tak ki kisi ka hona na hona mayne nahi rakhtha

Though in anger , but the lines Gulaal told were universal truth about love. It was an eye opener but Kesar still need to realize the whole meaning of true love, the essence of love which lies in happiness of your partner. . The same aspect of love is not only shown in the form of Gulaal's love for Vasanth but also in Talli's love for Kesar(yes i had to praise her 😳..cant help it). This week the whole plot was concentrated somewhere on the fact that you cant force anyone to love. Kesar is in love with Gulaal but he has still not recognized that he is forcing his love upon him. He is unable to think in that direction and we will see Talli teaching him that lesson(kaise din aa gaye Kesuda tere😆 ) in coming up week and then we will see Kesar rising in love😳...who will do anything to make Gulaal happy even though it means he might have to lose her forever...his biggest fear !!!!

Has been a heart breaking week na...Sincerely hola people!! we have been thirsting for one 'sukoon' ka moment the whole week na...just like Kesuda...but havent got any... as such so would just compromise on that one scene when The terrorist puts the blanket on Kesuda sleeping on the terrace and Kesar just wakes up sees Talli ...Looks at the blanket and the ishmart bacha knows his own blanket na...after all it came from his room..so he glances back to the Rapunzel standing at the window..neeharing him..and gives her an unwaivering stare...*sigh* there was such conviction in that stare...that relentlessness.. he is alone, sleeping out in the open, with just a pillow to put his head on...but that one moment told us that nothing can deter him, nothing can make him go against her...There is absolutely no amount of pain he CANNOT undergo, just to prove that he loves her...her happiness is the only thing that matters ...and also that stare told her that whatever she says, he knows that she doesnot believe a word of it...and she cannot fool either him or herself that the bond which has been there has broken...

hunks and beauties close ur eyes dont wear glasses ... here comes a blah scene of the week and it is again given to self proclaimed braided chudail of talsagra not letting gulaal to enter in kitchen ( ppl dont think i m falling for this character before it happens i will throw a spell on myself and turn into a frog ) ...suddenly suddha (prff lockhart in disguise realized she is not a sack but a blah badki bahuriya and hence she has got full right to blah and ban gulaal (did i heard claps and whistles) but how can a 20% stakeholder ( read it 10% ) restrict 80 % stakeholder....dont believe me ask ramanbha...gulaal currently holds 80% of the kitchen property so take the lesson from kesu... dont take panga... the moment she loses her sanity she will throw u out of the house with full support of ramnabha and JK....comimg to the accusation no 2 sudha chudail thinks gulaal has lost all her right as she went to her maayka fighting with her hubby... well well..who said that😲...witchji fighting with hubby.😃... going to maayaka 😃...coming back head high and in destructive mode.😃... supecting other woman in hubby's life 😳...sole right on tv remote...stealing chillars from hubby's pocket 😃 etc etc are some privileged rights that are guaranted under marriage system... never ever question that😡...instead use ur right and go to ur maayka for 40-50 years (take ur einstein too) ...and last and the most blah accusation sudha goes again gulaal has snatched someone's love ...who??? .talking about the guy who is abandoned beaten black and blue ...who desparately wants to be snatched..... naah....infact arent u the one giving choti chudail private tuition on ema since childhood.... instead of getting her toilet trained u trained her to do tandav garba hiphop all mixed on kesariya balma tune ...and now she is a actual tawe pe tandav karti hui chudaiil;...better sit in your 10 % of kitchen corner and stitch your mouth !

The scene that made you bang your head against the wall

This week there were two situations that made us go, really?

First is the missing Mota couple! Motabha hasn't been seen since Gulaal left and Paanba hasn't been seen or heard from since Gulaal returned. This week was very significant in the life of their only remaining son and they have haven't been mentioned. I can understand Motabha is starting to get old and he behaves fragile as well. It is possible that he has taken Gulaal's departure really badly and has become ill. But Paanbaa? Where is she? She knows her son is going through a really hard time. He has come to her for advice. Gulaal has come back and she knows Gulaal moving into Kesar's bedroom was a momentous event and they need her help and support and she is no where to be seen. Is Motabha so ill that she can't leave his side? Or is it that Gulaal has come home and PB has decided to spend some quality time with Motabha? Or is she so confident in Gulaal's ability to manage the family that she left her alone knowing everything will be taken care off, same as when the two of them were in the hospital and Gulaal took care of everything. Or is this a hole in the storyline? Are the actors on vacation and the writers didn't see it fit to mention them at all. Either way their absence was really felt this week. Their leadership, guidance was required by all. As soon as the mota couple are away the family starts to fall apart. JK becomes too aggressive in her taunts. Sudha has gone to the dark side and can't be mentioned. Raman is trying to mix his own brand of masala into the family. Giga and Dushyant are trying to do their best. Motabha and PaanBaa were needed by the family especially G&K but there was no sign of them. *shaking my head*

Second event was Talli and her lurking around Kesar and Gulaal. Maybe she hasn't gone to the dark side or never will. Maybe the sindoor scene will help G&K but she was very creepy this week. She is always there watching Kesar either crying or at his lowest. She hides behind pillars and watches them fight bitterly. The night Gulaal came back and moved back into Kesar's room, Tallie was lurking outside their room on the guise that she was turning off the lights. Okay!?!?! G&K were in their bedroom! together! for the first time! What business did she have outside the bedroom? Anything and I mean anything could have been going on. It is none of her concern or business. I agree with Sudha on this. Get out of the way and stay away Tallie!!! *bashing my head against the wall*

Awww...It has to be that scene na...when Bacha...all sick and wet and tired and sleepy opens his eyes and gets a hazy outline of Gulaal sitting on the window sill ...sleeping...and there is that 'blissful' look again...on his face...just her being there meant so much...and the shivering and half unconscious that he was, he still gets up, limps towards her and puts his own blanket over Gulaal and limps back to his bed and goes to sleep with her face before his eyes...owww...so shweettt😳

I mean not only this week, the character has been a consistent cry baby since the change in the actor who is playing the role...and all he has been doing since Kesuda came back is saving his job...Pata nahi kya karta hai!! har baat pe usse nikaalne ka bahana dhoondhte hai log😛😛

The most irritating character of the week

And na for a change it is NOT Talli the terrorist but the bin--budhi..Sudhi... The woman has absolutely no business except to keep ranting on the 'Tamasha' going on in the house, and giving baddduas to all and sundry!!! There are moments when you would think they just used the last epis dialogues to save time...

The Jaw dropping moment of the week

It is and will always be the one moment when Talli dragged Kesuda to the temple on Friday asking him to marry him...I was like ...haye haye !! She has brains!!...after 12 years Talsagra discovered water..there is another discovery that Talli has brains!!!


Most besharam moments of the week award

Oye!! this is a phamily show.!! And we have a bacha in here..there cannot be a besharam moment here...But still me wondering that when Kesuda was brought back from the rain and made to sleep on the bed!! His clothes had changed...and he defo was not in a condition to change it...So who ekjjhaactly changed the clothes *wiggles her eyebrows and leaves the wickedians to come up with a new idea VM😛*

THe MIA award of the Week


Well, Ladies and Gentleman...here we have a TIE...there are two contenders !!! yes ! yes!! it is a big tussle between...
So Gullalians Put your hands together for ...Motabha and paanba!! (Daiba will get the award of MIA after the leap I guess😛)
The two of them seem to be on their second (or may be 3rd considering Vasant and Kesar!!) honeymoon...or must have stuffed 3 kilo of cotton in their ears so as not to hear their beloved son crying Gulaal! all over the house...and dont tell me Kesuda went missing, found soaked to skin and shivering with fever and PB doesnot even peep inside his room😡...ah well!! so !! the MIA award goes to the handsome couple😛

Dont know whether to slap or hug award!!

Who else!! but Kesuda Kesuda!!! The guy actually tears your heart, steals your breath and also deserves some serious 'Slaps' *ducks from flying chappals*...Seriously he first just tells Gulaal that he will not come near her and makes us want to hug him (and I know we are always ready to jump in for that😛) and then goes out and gets himself half dead in the rain making us want to slap him, and then again gets up in the middle of the night to put the blanket over his lady love, making us cry and want to pinch his not-so-chubby cheeks and in the morning comes down and throws a tantrum over eating from HER hands *arrghhh* again thappad!!!

Pull your hair out moment award!!

The moment when Kesar imagine Gulaal near the window smiling at him in the morning and then suddenly we get hit by Talli the terrorist turning towards him with her jungli baal!! I swear I wanted to kill CVs ...as I said I would not have minded Durgesh to play nurse...and I would not have minded seeing Durgesh in his 'Mata' avatar in the morning smiling at the sunrise too...but WHY talli😡

Armaano Ka satyanash award of the week

Well...It was a wise move and all blah blah and this is how the whole story needs to be developed I know... but still the precap was the most 'Sapna choor choor' scene...*sigh* itni jaldi issko samajh aa gaya??? and the bacha goes for deeyarvatu break in the panchayat...here we were waiting for some push me pull me chemistry and the bacha again goes and makes a public nautanki...why the hell could he not say this in his house ... in his room to her... so that we could have some private moments...I mean I know his room is these days Gul-Talli room...privacy toh hai hi nahi..and my head actually spins with the way both Gullu and Tallu go in and out of the room.;..but still he could have for once locked his room and spoken his mind na...panchayat mein kyun gaya😡

The most awaited jodi award...
goes tooo...DULLLI...👏
.Dushyant and Talli...both are sooo perrrfect with each other and already heart broken and left on the marriage altar by the lady in red and the saffron boy respectively...Dushy given a thenga in the midst of the whole village during Deeyarvatu and Talli left at the third phera during the marriage fiasco!! So perrrfect..they can just drive into sunset in that jeep of theirs😍...The one they used to find Kesuda...I swear when they found kesuda I almost cursed him for being the KMH😡...Koi aur jagah nahi chhup sakta tha..Kucch privacy mil jaati inn dono ko😳😳😳

Editor's note

So this week we also complete 100 Gullu pages !!

And as everybody who actually dares to read my posts must have noticed I am on a Flashback drive...
We are having heart burns and nauseating effects of Talli,...but there is a scene where I think the whole scene is summed up damn well by the CVs...the amount of love that Gulaal has for Talli and how this whole thing came up...amazing scene...
How this whole drama unfolds...you have to see young Kesu and Gulaal bond and how Talli fits in ..I know we all hate her for that...but Just look here and you will know how the whole thing actually comes up!!


This is one scene where Gulaal has beaten Kesar with a stick and then she is heart broken to see the mark on his hands and so she tells him that he can beat him too...and Kesuda raises his stick but could not hit her *sniff* and so throws the stick and hugs her...and Talli who is worried about her favourite people fighting is all happy shappy and also gets a bit sad, I think,...Somehow the little Talli was very much more expressive than this one,,,,Helli is a good actress but somehow we loathe this Talli...but just look at Sparsh (the Child actress who plays Little Talli), My heart just went to this girl...







See here she is happy that they made up..
but now they are feeding each other and so lost into each other that now she feels like an outsider...








And see...Kesuda just leaves the food and Gulaal chases him and then catches him...*sigh* am really having tears in my eyes with this scene...and lump in my heart...This story will be the death of me...





And Talli is there clapping and happy to see them happy!!
