Soumya aka Navya wants to be a Radio Jockey

Soumya Seth popularly known as 'Navya' on Star Plus, onscreen is simple and traditional girl whereas off screen she is a chatterbox and a lively girl. Hailing from Amritsar, Punjab this Punjabi Kudi is presently settled in Mumbai. Soumya reveals that she never aspired to be an actress and that acting came to her by chance. She landed the lead role of Navya when her friend a co-ordinator in a production house suggested giving the audition for this show. Luckily she landed the lead role without any hassles.

Speaking of her character Navya on Star Plus Soumya says that Navya is a quiet and simple girl with traditional outlook towards life, whereas in real life she is a happy-go-lucky person. She likes to talk a lot but misses it on sets as her character is shown as an introvert. However, she says she makes up for it later on by chatting with friends and family.

When asked about her aspirations Soumya says that since she likes to talk more she would like host a reality show or participate in a dance-based show which will help her learn a lot. Well she also dreams of being an RJ someday. Well good luck Soumya!
