Kesar is a torn person between the child who still needs his eternal anchor, and a grown up who feels responsible for Gulaal - in a way that he sees only himself. Beautifully put, JZee👏👏 And THAT is what makes this so fascinating to watch...as he struggles through that dysfunctionality that basically ended up being thrust on him given the circumstances he went through in his childhood...in some ways he's trapped in that time...that crazy adoloscence wells up sometimes cuz he hasn't fully been able to outgrow it either...ESPECIALLY in the case of Gulaal...in many other cases, he has and CAN show that he's grown man now...but like you said, when it comes to Gulaal...there is the child Kesar within him who needs his anchor Gulaal...but at the same time he has these grown up protective feelings for her too as a MAN does for his woman...but no one gives him credit for that...like you said, it's in a way only he sees himself.

When she tells him he doesn't understand love - I agree, He doesn't. He loves her, but he doesn't understand it for sure. But that's about his only folly with regard to her! *sigh* That's the sad part naa...cuz when she says that, there IS an element of truth in it...he DOES love her but he doesn't fully understand that love...he is still in the process of discovering it...and honestly with a love like this...when it's so hard to define it also to begin with...ofcourse it will be a process...and that journey has just begun...I think it's so fascinating that these characters are yet to discover so much about THEMSELVES...and we see that more and more as each chapter unfolds...this love is too complex for anyone to fully understand easily...Kesar bechara toh phir bhi is grappling with his newfound feelings😆

Btw - I'm going to lose all sense of objectivity and begin hating on Sudha big time, if the promo is any indication of how things will go 😡 Sudha was expected to act all annoying now...someone in the family has to hate Gulaal naa😆...but Kesar will stand up for her...I think this will be an interesting phase to watch unfold

Lennie, great point...she's in a sense gotten closure from her room which was basically a shrine for Vasant and all his memories...

This is a new chapter now...so I guess she will continue to stay in Kesar's room...so I guess today was just her beginning lashing out session but she obviously knows deep inside Kesar doesn't think that way...I guess staying in the room will convince her of that even more sooner or later.

Reemz: I agree...there is potential for many more KG scenes if she stays in his room...so I too would want her to stay in his room only😆...if she goes back to her own room, she'll just hide there forever😆

@Lennie: LOL you're right...her stubbornness will make her stay...she'll do it to SPITE Kesar...today's scene set that tone...cuz she's like SEE, you have your WIFE with you in YOUR room now...HAPPY?...She wants to spook him...lol...that's the clash now
