Well from where I look at things, she doesn't need to take the blame she's going to be guilty enough about it, eventually, and come to a point where she asks herself exactly what Kesar asked her today - if he has infact fallen so far in her eyes!

At the same time, Kesar will be asking himself, what she asked him - about what exactly it is that he wants, that he was running after. All this while he's been looking for answers - and he's never once actually asked himself what he goes around asking everyone!

They've both been bottled up too long - and today's conversation was mostly a showdown of grudges they bear - its the kind of angry talks you look back at and regret, and wonder if you meant them - but truth this, at some point or the other, you have had thoughts you speak in anger - or they would never be verbalized!

The story seems to have been taken forward: Kesar and Gulaal and their journey. Wondering why they haven't chaned the montage as yet. It still has Talli falling over Kesar and Kesar looking on at Gulli and Gulli happy.

LOL! I got my mum hooked to the show too - and today when she called me somewhere in between breaks, she said (when the TV on her side got back to the show) - who is that guy with Talli now?! Wait - Kesar, abhi bhi?! 😆 I hadn't watched the epi then, but I was all laughing at her comment!

Thanks for the link, JZee...I was about to go watch today's Navya epi anyways...lol...will check out Aimin's post as well :-)

Coming back to Gulaal:
Hahaha! Yes! That is the exact thing. He is him, and she is her, and that's why they can be at the liberty of treating each other the way they do - we lose ourselves worst, with those we value most! It's inevitable! They both will eventuate a change in each other, for long term good, and they are each others evolving/defense mechanism without realizing (loved how Kesar stood up for Gul with Sudha today!) but they also have all the ways of bringing out the worse in each other. I suppose its the hardest and only way to learn some lessons - like the showdown today!
Worddd to this bit...so wonderfully summed up!👏 THAT is what makes this relationship so fascinating...like you said, he is him and she is her...they bring out the best as well as the worst in each other...they are each other's problems but they are the only solutions to those problems as well...they are both on this journey together whether one of them wants to acknowledge it or not and they are meant to change and impact each other along the way...learn something about each other, learn something about themselves...and the beauty of it is that they don't fully realize it it also...they push and pull and they fight and cry and hurt and love...they are connected in every way beyond that they can fully fathom also...this is such fantastic writing, I have to say...truly kudos to the writers for writing such fascinatingly complex characters👏

In today's epi, I think you already mentioned this in your original post but I'm just coming back to it again...the two Kesar moments that are interesting...Sudha taunting Kesar about how Gulaal will never come back...she doesn't care about him at all but he doesn't want to acknowledge it...before this, he confidently says that Gulaal WILL be back...but this one statement of Sudha's is a chink in his armor...his vulnerability cuz there is ample proof in front of him to make him dwell on that as well...that maybe Gulaal does not care after all...so he has nothing to say to Sudha in response...

Later in the moment when Gulaal actually returns and he is so happy to see her...the way he goes..."tu aa gayi mere paas?" There it is again...he just wanted her close by...and by close by, he didn't mean in his ROOM😆...he just wanted her presence in his home...and so innocently he declares..."MERE paas?" lolll...but Gulaal burst his bubble soon enough...he does need to snap out of these naive fantasies in some ways as well...and what's interesting is the bit after Gulaal tells him he forced her to come back, he lowers his head in guilt but looks up after a bit and smiles again and says, "ab sab theek ho jaayega"...Oh Kesar, is it really so easy?😆...that's his child-like heart talking, I sometimes think...that does look at everything as so black and white...

LOLL@ your mom's reaction Jzee...haha I have the same reaction watching the montage...it REALLY needs to change now😆

And waise bhi Talli is putting her arms around him so AWKWARDLY in the background...it looks very funny to me anyways😆

They need to show some angsty new montage...even if it has an angry Gulaal in it😆...but Kesar needs to be in the foreground now too...not in the background with Talli😆

LOL @ bold! She had the guy mortified like he was a teen virgin or something 🤣 To think of the irony of that situation, where Kesar's claims have violated Gulaal's inner being, and now Gulaal's presence and offering in duty has scandalized our boy! 😆
Btw, have you noticed how often these two resort to hurting each other, to wear off their own angst?! They are bonded man! Like you said, they can/cannot deny the mechanics of the making of their bond all they want - it doesn't change facts. Gulaal did not submit to Dushyant's tactics, when she didn't want to - she did to Kesar. Because in the end, he is someone she can take a beating from - of course, not without rebounding with her own new set of weapons!

And now - I can't wait for Kesar's turn to strike back - the love-war is fascinating as hell!

Long back I had mentioned in one of my posts about the fact that both Kesar and Gulaal are like double edged swords who go on to hurl their weapon at each other and in the end both are wounded and hurt due to their own actions. Like JZee had read in what I have written, there has been a slow culmination of events, each confrontation between them a showdown and each incident has brought them to a different phase in their relationship.

This post and ppl's thoughts here are great - i love how we can all discuss this and give our view and see each other's view and also that we all have similar line of thoughts, and so on - and how we see depth in KG and what they are to each other and so on
Kesar and Gulaal are incomplete without one another and so on, they both will hurt each other and also there has to be healing as well to come, one day i hope to see them become each other's healers
I am surprised that what i wrote on friday believe it or not (i save it in word document lol) in what i posted in my analysis in black as you saw, has somewhat came through today and how Kesar needs to see and go about, in the sense i said that Kesar faces a big change in his character then Gulaal does coz Gulaal doesnt need to change as a person at but Kesar has alot of growing to do in his soch - he sometimes sees things black and white and so on and like you says in parts rather then seeing the whole thing and what the result will be at the end, coz he acts on impulse, thats why i said it was good that Gulaal gave him such a big talking to, one that he has to dwell on and also for Gulaal to dwell on what she has said to him as well, in accusing of that one thing, and like you say deep down Gulaal doesnt believe that what she said is Kesar and he could be that low, but right now all you will see his anger and that too will be directed at Kesar, tables have turned we are gonna see Gulaal how Kesar was when he first arrived, and how each and every little thing he directed at Gulaal, and i think Gulaal direct her anger most at him and so on
Another thing striking to me is when she says my soul and mind is so far away and so on and its not here anymore... but what if Kesar is that soul (or do i say Vasant was her soul in a way???), didnt we see last week her being disturbed and stirred when Kesar's screams came though whenever he was - if that wasnt Soul connection, or Soul-pull then i dont know what it is

LMAO@ teen virgin🤣 Seriously his reaction was priceless...on one level I did laugh but I felt so bad for him too...he's sooo bhola in many ways😆...Gulaal went for the sharpest jab she could manage for sure...and each time he looks back at her with this innocent hurt in his eyes and your heart goes out to that lost little boy again.

Gulaal cannot REALLY believe this...but I think she WANTS to...it would make it easier, wouldn't it?? Paint Kesar as a lusting teenager who doesn't know anything about what love REALLY means...he has no idea what he's talking about when he calls her his wife etc. etc...once again she talked condescendingly to him...telling him he doesn't know anything...and all he said in response was this soft little entreaty...why are you misunderstanding me again, Gulaal??

They do love hurting each other...as an outlet for their own angst as you said...Dushyant's intentions were wrong to begin with so somewhere it gave Gulaal more moral justification to fight him off to I think...and he honestly couldn't not hold out against the stubborn force that is Gulaal...there is only one other force that matches up to this stubborn force...and that is Kesar...he can give her a head to head takkar and then some...😆...That is what probably frustrates her again and again too...he defeats her will...a will that has her convinced that only she knows the right...is that why she refuses to listen to his pleas of TERA Kesar as well? Cuz HER Kesar wouldn't defeat her will like so, would he? That is what she would like to believe atleast.

Jo bhi ho...no matter how she perceives it...even NOW she exercises a HAQ over Kesar...even if it is but to lash out at him...she doesn't sense it but it is so very much there in her tone even now...she does everything with this RIGHT over him...it all comes down to that only...they are bonded, as simple as that...and now I'm repeating myself as well...haha
