^agreed. her songs in DBH were great too! she may not be the sexiest according to you people...but she can mold herself into any role...so she might do justice to an item-girl too. and i love her dancing

funny thing is that sheila didn't even ensure that TMK would be a hit...but ppl still think item songs can make a movie a hit

^nahhhh! I think Rani is good right now, weight wise!

Since we are talking about Rani with the Khans - although I don't prefer any of the Khans being paired with anyone half their age (then again, the actresses that were close to their age are not acting anymore either) - however, I think an exception with Rani can be made.

She is half their age but she looks great with all of them. They are in their 40s and she is in her 30s now but in the 90s it was even worse. A 30-something year old Aamir was paired with a 19-year-old Rani in Ghulam and same goes for KKHH.

So, Rani with the Khans doesn't really bother me much as she does have the maturity and acting capabilties to look good with all three of them.

Back to the item, if it's not just another sleazy dance number - I would love to watch Rani in it! :)

Actually I was thinking about that today. We have never ever heard of Sajid and Rani in a sentence together. Plus Rani and Akki haven't worked together either, SO WHY WOULD RANI DO THIS is the big question. lol

As for Rani she is a fabulous dancer & could very well pull off a great item number. Just because she is amongst the 'older' lot of actresses doesn't mean she doesn't have that charm anymore. I would love to see her stepping away from the usual stuff she does and attempt something different. She is capable.

But at the same time Rani needs to be wise in making her decisions. She's already gone through a rough and tough phase and the last thing I would want to see is her going through that all over again.

Anyways looking forward to her item number if this article is true! :)
