Khushi finds Miilee sitting with her bags packed. Miilee says that she has made a compromise with her fate now. Meanwhile, Mr. and Mrs. Rastogi have another fight. Father Manuel comes into Miilee's room and she says that she has known him for 18 years and can tell from the sound of his footsteps that it is him. Miilee goes outside and remembers her childhood uptil now. The fun times till now. She starts crying, looking at Father. She takes one last look at the Convent which was her home for all 18 years of her life and then goes inside the car. But then she stops and runs back. She runs and pleads with Mother and says that she will never do anything, never go to discos or play pranks. She said that she will never call Sister Chubby "chubby" any more. Father Manuel says that she is going to a good house. Miilee says that she will have to say sorry to Double-Button. But Father says that she has already forgiven her. But Miilee says that she will tell her that she called Mrs. Rastogi a double-button and due to this she should kick her out. Miilee says goodbye to Mother and Sister and everyone else and then goes outside.
Mother says that she will miss Miilee a lot now and starts crying. Sister sees that Mother has cried for the first time ever. Miilee waves at everyone and then climbs into the car. Everyone is crying. Khushi leans against a tree and starts crying as well. In the car, Rocky asks Miilee if she knows who changed his name to Rocky. Rocky says that it was Ramona. Then he asks if she knows who Ramona is. Miilee tells him to be quiet, but instead he tells her all about Dadi, who is Ramona's dadi, Mr. Rastogi, who is Ramona's dad, Kamini Rastogi, who is Ramona's mom. Then he says that he forgot to mention his name. Miilee asks, Rocky? And then they both laugh and become friends. Meanwhile, Sagar's son tells Hiralal that his mother and his fiancee are still here, pointing at the paintings (He's not really disabled, but a bit weird!!) Then he looks at Sara's unfinished self-portrait and then asks her if she will come back.
Rocky and Miilee reach Rastogi House. Miilee starts to climb up the steps, calling it a palace - but then, she just wants to get out of here. She starts walking around, and Dadima wakes up (Intuition!!) and Hiralal and her both think the same - that somebody is coming. Miilee walks in and Dadima clasps her locket. Miilee, outside, kisses her own one. Kamini asks Vishal if he is scared. Vishal says no, but Kamini says that it looks as though any sin of his has come forward. Vishal says that what sin of his will come forward.
