Esha Vs Megha- baby case-so stupid.

Hey guys let me tell you in real life in such cases the court doesn't look at some stupid emotional argument Esha gave . They look at whats in the best interest for the child . In this case when the child has biological parents alive and raising him with so much love ..........................a court will NEVER EVER separate a child from the birth mother (biological ) !!!

Only if the birth mother and birth father give up their child for adoption . Or the birth parents are abusing the child will the child EVER be taken away by the court .
Such things make me so angry because they aren't true at all in reality !!

Does Esha think this tiny infant will even remember being raised by her for the first year of her life ?????????????????????????????????????????? Makes me want to laugh !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just because old lady and Avinash were cruel by separating the birth mother - Megha from her child and giving it to another mother . The fault here is absolutely the old ladys and Avinash's and that idiot Doctor . They should all sue that Doctor and bar her from practising medicine any more. What right did she have to do so ???????? Also why should Megha suffer because of this ??????????????????????

ya..it's true..my mausi and her husband both are lawyers in bombay, india and i ask them questions about these shows and the court setting and they say it's all bogus..so why do they show something that's not true..we know that the whole show is a lie but they should try to make parts of it true..or atleast the law!!!
