Yes, I think she will at least TRY to leave. I don't know if the script writers will be happy with separating their lead pair and their 'action' - how will Dakshna intersect in the future if she leaves?

But Naina will be totally prepared to leave, that is sure.
Akruti is a stupid girl but Naina will surely feel that if her being in the same house is causing her so much emotional trauma that she can go to such lengths, surely it's wise not to create more problems for her by living in the same house.
Akruti's emotional balance is very fragile - her father is borderline abusive, her mother pampers her most of the time. Between the two extremes she has become quite a mess.
First, Naina thought just good creative activity would help but now clearly Akruti's own personality is quite negative, so best to just get out of there.

As far as Daksh is concerned, if he wants Naina, let him go after her. She's already done more than enough.
