B&B is popular with everyone in bollywood.Why single out ranbir alone?? Saif was a professional before marriage and even after divorce and during i think.Shahid,akki and many many others.Its not like females are angels too.No one is forcing anyone there.Its give and take..or win -win deal for everyone involved.
