Rani Mukerji and Raveena Tandon attended Anu and Shashi Ranjan's 10th Women Achievers awards as special awardees while Rashmi Desai, Hina Khan and Ratan Rajput were winners from the television industry. Awardees flew in from every corner of the country and watched Sanjeeda Sheikh, Aamir Ali, Jasveer Kaur and Gauhar Khan perform to a packed house. Koel Purie felt comfortable receiving the award at her home base while Karisma Kapur, another awardee, could not make it.

Women rule the roost!

It was a grand evening as stars came in to celebrate Shashi and Anu Ranjans labour of love the Gr8! Women Awards 2011.Rani Mukerji was seen in a sexy black dress,while Raveena Tandon,who walked in with hubby Anil Thadani,looked hot in a black saree.Anus cause against female foeticide Beti was applauded by Bhupender Hooda,CM,Haryana.Ambika Soni accepted her first ever award in her 41-year long career.Rajeev Shukla,Subbirami Reddy,Anuraddha Prasad,Rashmi Uday Singh,Pradeep Dhoot,Nicole Faria and Vandana and Mukesh Luthra attended the do.Some of the awardees this year included Sunita Krishnan,Padma Bandopadhyaya,Farah Khan Ali,Dr Shikha Sharma,Raell Padamsee,Rina Dhaka,Pony Verma,Nimmi Raza,Mamta Sharma and Anuradha Gautam among others.The evening saw entertaining performances by Rashmi Desai,Sanjeeda Sheikh,Aashka Goradia,Suhasi Goradia,Gaurav Khanna,Jay Soni,Aamir Ali and Karan Wahi.The show was anchored by Manish Paul,Kavita Kaushik and Bharti Singh.
