I think again the creatives are going to justify the S track and her answer would be something along the line, "since I got scared of loosing you to S. Such a beautiful moment and lets see what her reply would be, I hope she simply say I dont know?? because you really cant put a time and date to something like that if it was not Love at First Sight , like in Ishaan,,s case. I think she fell in love when Ishann was letting her go , she didnt go but it was around that time.
