Lets not assume that she is going to mention the S word, lets hope its something more meaningfull and deep. I hope the writters would do justice with her answer like the way they did with Ishaan,s . There is no doubt his was love at first sight kind of love, but Suhana ,s love for Ishaan crept in slowly but its very very deep and solid love with strong bonding and trust. Thats why now you will see a complete change in her , she would be just mad for Ishaan now.

Before Sid? hmmm food for thought. It was just infatuation with Sid, it wasn't LOVE thats why it didn't last. I think she definately was very fond of Ishaan and really liked him a close friend because of his good nature but you're right she needs to show her love more towards Ishaan..
