I think again the creatives are going to justify the S track and her answer would be something along the line, "since I got scared of loosing you to S. I think she fell in love when Ishann was letting her go , she didnt go but it was around that time. Yes true Shweta and you what? I think she's been falling for him since she broke up with Sid. Remember how nice and comforting Ishaan was to Suhana? I think she became so reliant on him for comfort that she didn't realise how she's falling for his love at that time.
