April 5 Update

Episode 202 - 05 April 2006, Wednesday

Lakshya tells shweta to get out and he doesn't believe in these photographs and it would be all her conspiracy. Lakshya tells shweta she is always after Urvashi and karan. The phone keeps ringing on vibrator mode with karan's name flashing on it. Priyam asks karan abt lakshya as all guests have come. Shweta tells lakshya that she and karan are divorced now. It comes as a piece of shock to lakshya. Everyone is waiting for lakshya at the temple. Priyam tells karan to send someone at lakshya's place to check wat's happening. Shweta keeps telling lakshya all bad things abt CM family. Finally lakshya tells shweta to leave and he also leaves without taking his mobile that has karan's name flashing on it. Urvashi asks Kritika why is everyone tensed; Kritika tells her that lakshya has not come yet. Karan has sent some cops at lakshya's place who check but no one is at lakshya's place and its lock. Lakshya is driving the car rashly and getting flashes of wat shweta said. Karan tells Urvashi that they cannot trace lakshya. Lakshya is stuck in a traffic jam and leaves the car and starts walking. Everyone is still waiting for lakshya including the reporters. Lakshya realizes that he has forgotten his cell at home. The journalists start questioning CM family if lakshya will come but no one has any answers to it. The ladies prensent there have started gossiping abt it. Urvashi is silent. Karan is listening to all this but doesn't react. Kritika tells the ladies to stop it. Pandit tells that the mahurat is almost over. Finally pandit declares the mahurat is over. Everyone is stunned. Urvashi starts removing the jewellery and tells that she never wanted to marry. Karan and Priyam tell Urvashi there must be a genuine problem. Urvashi breaks down and turns to leave. Finally karan fills her maang. Lakshya reaches and sees this. Lakshya is shocked to the core.

Thanks for the update! I can't belive this! Could he not have waited just a minute longer! They just made it seem like Shweta was always right in the eyes of other people.

OMG how can Karan do that? this is disgusting. He was the one who was calling his and urvi's relation Mother and son's relation and now he got married to urvi and proved Shweta right. I just can't stand this soap.

OMG, and could Lakshya not have used a payphone to call Karan Why was he coming alone to his own wedding?
I can not believe they got Karan married Urvashi. It is gross but from Karan's point of view. He always does things and then thinks about it after. Very quick to react. He probably thought that since they convinced Urvashi to get married and now Lakshya did not show up- something had to be done and people are gossing anyhow so why not marry her,that's what I think. but you never know, it's still gross

definitely its very gross and sicekning to the core. thats why i did not try to do the update even. i remember feeling like throwing up after seeing the scene.
i know many of u in this forum like/ love Karan, but what he did yesterday went beyond everything rash that he has done all through.
as Janki75 has rightfully pointed out, Karan has always been wuick to react in all situations and then left others to cover up for him. he has always mentioned that he shares a son-mother relationship with Urvi, how COULD HE DO that? i am sorry but i know the forum codes. caps r not allowed and looks bad for a member. but i am so sad.
what r women supposed 2 be? firstly, its lakshya who shld have left home earlier to reach his wedding. i don't think that anywhere in d world the groom travels alone 2 reach his wedding. in this case, krittika and sudhanshu had in fact promised lakshya that they wld pose as the groom's party. then what happened? why were they not with lakshya?
secondly, karan - god's gift to womankind. d woman he just married - did he consult her and ask whether she wanted to marry him? i remember distinctly Urvi telling yesterday to PM that there's a definite difference b/w love and reality and she had chosen love to see her through. but maybe lakshya was not strong enuf to take her side. its clear that she loves lakshya no matter what. now b'cos of karan, she will have no other choice but to go on with her duty of being a good wife. seems there never has been a case of contention for her. why cldn't these people let her choose her path herself? maybe if lakshya had told them the real reason, they cld have understood his problem and the tension b/w L-U might have been resolved.
i feel very sorry for Lakshya. this man had supported d entire family when they were going thru a rough patch. i know he shld have arrived earlier. but frm yesterday's episode, its clear hat even after shweta tried to sow the seeds of misunderstanding, he let his innate belief on PM and Karan and his love for Urvi win over and tried to reach the temple.
i feel sorry for Urvi also. i don't know what d director 🐷 will show now. maybe that she will realise that she loved karan all through. but this will be very wrong. her steadfast belief on her relation with Karan had seeb her thru the troubled times. if there was an iota of doubt in her mind, she cldn't had sailed through. also, she was in love with lakshya and wanted 2 share her future with him.
i am absolutely heartbroken for both of them 💔. A serial which started with a bang is absolutely ending as a damp squib.

Also, its true that Karan might have felt that if the muhurat passed away, then Urvi wouldn't marry at all and it wld bring her bad reputation. but all these people forgot abt lakshya. forget the bitching and everything going around, he might have been seriously hurt, as it was that he was travelling alone.
The problem should have gotten some time to solve itself - LOVE makes the world go round, and what is this problem, but a mere stone's throw in the ocean, cretaing ripples not strong enuf to reach the shore. there should have been a chance for the lovers to re-unite. ok, i am a sucker for romance but then what ... 🤗
i will still maintain karan has done the greatest blunder this time.

this was one show which had an impressive ensemble with each actor well chosen for the character he / she portrayed and initially the storyline too had something different from the regular run-of-the-mill soaps -- but alas -- it has taken a southward plunge!!
the ridiculous turn of events and hurried wrap-up are a shame!
