Will Arohi be able to tell Gauri about Arjun??

Arohi and Gauri are best friends and they both share everything with each other so as Arohi is coming back home now, I am thinking whether she would be able to tell Gauri about Arjun. The same Arjun with whom Gauri was in love. It was Arohi who told her to forget him forever so would she be able to tell Gauri that she has started loving Arjun.
