wow .. i remember this from my childhoos it on one zeetvonece i never remembered the song.. i could only remember aamir khan coming out from the right side .,

man how could i forget salman khan lol...

wonder whom salman khan was with i think aamir khan was there wid his son

Awwww...this video all but made me cry!!! Seriously, Nostalgia, full force!!!😳

This song used to be such a rage when I was in my teens! Literally, my friends and I used to sing this song, all the time!

Lolz....I somehow used to think that the kid with Salman Khan was his son!😆 And all those kids with Govinda as his kids!😆

Such a lovely video and what a wonderful way of presenting a good message! And the best part was that they included actors from the South and one from the East too!

Why doesn't Bollywood do something along these lines now?😕 Or are they all too busy fighting with each other to care about giving messages on unity to our country?

Just joking...the song came out in 1991 if I am not wrong!

QSQT had released in 1988 and Maine Pyar Kiya in 1989 and both Aamir and Salman were the rage in those days! I remember listening to songs from MPK on Cibaca Sangeet Mala (On Radio...most members here would probably do a double take on reading this! Radio was the only means of hearing the latest released songs...and ofcourse, the bi-weekly Chitrahar on Doordarshan)

(My God...I sound ancient!😆)

😆 Nahin Nahin.. i was trying to figure out how old I was when i first heard it.... 😊 Very nostalgic actually... Have some wonderful memories of the times..

It amazing to see Aamir and Salman having lasted so long...

You bet!!! Me and my friends used to be counting days till Chitrahar came (on Wednesdays and Friday's, but the new songs were only shown on Wednesdays) only to see Aamir grooving on Papa Kehte Hain or Salman dancing on Kabootar Ja Ja!😆

I mean, after the era of Mithun Chakravarthy, Govinda and Chunky Pandey, here were two seriously cute looking guys! And the late 80's was also the beginning of Love Stories in Bollywood! QSQT started it, MPK solidified it!

PS : How ashamed I am even thinking about it, but there was a time, when I used to carry Aamir's postcard picture in-between my school books!😳😆 And my best friend had Salman's pic! Lolz! And now we make fun of people who hero-worship the current day superstars! I guess everyone goes through this phase sometime or the other!

Ahh Those were the days... I was head over heels in love with Salman after watching MPK.... 😳 Kabootar ja ja ja was my fav too ...... and the dialogues ... I had by hearted so many of them

when I look back and think of those days... I cringe sometimes but yes it was a fun phase.... 😊
