Poor baby...I think its one of those baby-eating-their-twin-deal...in this case, I think the mother was supposed to have triplet and the baby swallowed the other two...Its verrrrry rare but it does happen...SCARY

look a baby having her siblings inside her stomach yes its shoking but its a miracle a sign just like many other signs that we have seen
