Today's Health Tips from Ronit Roy - The league of Extraordinary PeopleExercise: In early morning, just relax your body and mind with somemeditation and Yoga. Do some aerobics and stretchingexercises for half an hour followed by crisp walk of 15mins.
Breakfast : 2 eggs with Milk, Fruits (Banana & Apple preferably)
Lunch: Not so heavy food full of Protein and Carbohydrates
Evening: Hit the gym if you can, Do some weight-lifting and highintensity exercise in order to burn all the calories consumedduring the day take some juice or a bit heavy break fastin order to regain the nutrition lost during the exercise
Dinner: Don't take heavy dinner. Consume green vegetables andfruits, Strictly avoid spicy as it may lead to stomach disorders?
