This was the hardest part to write because it has more details of what's going on and descriptions of characters rather than dialogues. 😳 So I hope you guys enjoy this part as you enjoyed the first two parts... 😃

Frankly, I'm not satisfied with this part because it didn't come out the way I had wanted it to. But please do let me know what you all think of it. 😊 Compliments and criticisms are allowed! This will really help me with my future parts. And please be honest and tell me if you guys like this descriptive part or was it too boring to read. 🥱 Let me know which you guys prefer: more dialogues or more descriptions, or a little bit of both. Sacha Pyaar - Part 3

Meera walks up to the man in the doctor's outfit. The doctor's back is towards her.

Meera (poking him): Excuse me, Dr.?

Dr.: Yes...? (And he turns around.)

Meera: Aapne Dr. Yash ko dekha?

The Dr. was totally lost in her. Her question completely went over his head and he just stared at her with a big smile on his face. He seems to be lost in a song that he hears in his head...

Meera looked at him confused. She waved her hand in front of him.

Meera: Hello, mister, are you alright? Weirdo! (She said the last part under her breath.)

The Dr. suddenly realized that he was day dreaming and came back to reality, totally embarrassed.

Dr.: Ahem, yes how can I help you?

Meera: Maine kaha main Dr. Yash ko doond rahi hoon. Kya aapne usko dekha?I

Dr.: Ji, main tho uss chehra ko har roz dekhtha hoon.

Meera: Okay, lekin abhi kahan dekha hain aapne usko? (She starts looking around.)

Dr.: Aapke saamne.

Meera: Aap...?

Dr.: ...jise aap doond rahe hain, Dr. Yash. (Puts his hand forward to shake hands with Meera.)

Meera (bringing her hand forward): Ohh, I'm so sorry. Mujhe nahi patha tha. Actually, main soch rahi thi ki...

Dr. Yash: Ki, what? Ki main budda hoon? Well, sorry to disappoint you, Senorita.

Meera: Nahi, aisa kuch nahi... (Not knowing what else to say anymore, she jumps straight to the point.) Anyway, can you come with me, please?

Dr. Yash (asked with a shock): Come with you?! I'm sorry, Senorita, lekin main inta fast nahi hoon jaise aap soch rahe hain.

Meera: Excuse me? (Realizing what she said) Oh, mera woh matlab nahi tha! (Laughs) I wanted you to come with me to see the decorations for the dance show.

Dr. Yash: Ohh, alright. Well in that case, chale? (As they started to walk) By the way, I didn't catch your name...

Meera: D'oh! Sorry. Hi, I'm Meera.

She brings her hand forth to shake hands with Yash and they both head off to see the decorations.

As they were walking, Yash was staring at Meera and Meera was lost in her self-thought: "Yeh hain woh senior doctor jiske barein mein Pinky bol rahi thi? Yeh doctor kitna ajeeb lagtha hain aur woh bhi such a well-known one! But, hmm, itna burah tho nahi hain dikhne mein. Maine socha Dr. Yash tho koi budda hoga. Geet ne kabhi mention hi nahi kiya ki yeh young aur handsome bhi hain! Kitna acha smile hain iska. I wonder if he is married or still single....I wonder if I should ask...what if he thinks I'm weird...Oye Meera yeh tum kya bakwas soch rahi ho? Pagal ho gayi ho kya? Anyway, main sirf yahan show ke liye aayi hoon. Main dobara inko kabhi nahi dekungi, tho mujhe kay parwa hain unke barein mein?"

They reach Pinky and Adi. Dr. Yash starts looking around the place that was decorated.

Dr. Yash: Wow, impressive guys. Yeh toh bohut acha hai! You guys have done an amazing job!

Meera: Thank you, Dr. Yash! (Pointing to Pinky and Adi) Waise yeh Pinky hai, mera best friend, and that is Adi, Pinky ka boss aur friend.

Meera knows Adi since Meera and Pinky live together and they know everything about each other.

Pinky and Adi (confused as to who this guy is that Meera brought with her): Hi...

Dr. Yash (realizing the confused look on their faces): Hi, I'm Yash. Nice to meet you guys!

Pinky (surprised): Arrey wah, aap Dr. Yash ho? Mujhe nahi pata tha ki aap inti young aur handsome ho!

Adi gets uncomfortable hearing Pinky compliment another man like that. He couldn't believe that Pinky had just called someone handsome! He was so jealous but tried to control his emotions and smiled forcefully.

Dr. Yash (smiling): Wow, thank you Pinky. I'll take that as a compliment.

Adi was so jealous of Dr. Yash that he couldn't wait until he leaves from there hoping that then Pinky will give him all her attention, although she is not his girlfriend. He had never really proposed to Pinky as he doesn't know what she feels for him and he doesn't want to risk his friendship with her by expressing his feelings towards her.

After Dr. Yash had approved the decorations, he leaves from there while Pinky, Meera and Adi tried to finish the final touches that were left to do.

Back at the Khurana Mansion:

Maan was so bored with nothing to do. His Saturdays are usually filled with hanging out with Adi. It's their routine to get together every weekend and party. Maan parties while Adi supervises. Today was the first Saturday they have ever been apart since they have known each other.

Being born into the Khurana family is like being born with a gold spoon in their mouth. Maan had everything set for him from the minute he was born. His parents were so happy when he came into this world as their waris. Unfortunately, their hopes of them seeing him successful and being proud of him were cut short as they passed away when Maan was too young to remember them. So the only person he cares about in this world and will listen to is his Dadima, other than Adi. He was pampered so much by his Dadima that sometimes she blames herself for him turning out so immature. He doesn't take anything in life seriously and always wants to enjoy life as it comes. He takes his wealth for granted and spends it without a second thought. He always got what he wanted and has no complaints in life. Life was like a piece of cake put in front of him to taste each and every bit of it. No complaints, no regrets!

For the first time, Maan felt like something was missing in his life that day. As much as he didn't want to go to the dance show, he's forcing himself to go there early just so he can hang out with Adi. He tells his driver to get the car ready as he wants to leave right now. He goes to Dadima and tells her that he is leaving early to go the dance. Dadima, really surprised, doesn't say anything to him because she knows that he will change his mind if she questions him. She was just happy that Maan is finally showing interest in something else other than his usual video games.

Maan reaches the hospital in his Ferrari with two other security cars, one in the front and one in the back.

Maan's Ferrari:

The media was already waiting for him even though he is early. They have been there since the morning because they didn't know when he was going to make an entry. This was a big deal to them because it was Maan's first year coming to this dance show, whereas it was always his Dadima who made her presence each year. Maan had never made his entry at any of the social events before. So, the only question that was lingering on every one's mind was why Maan was coming alone this year and how will he behave there, as no one has ever seen him at any other place than clubs.

Maan's body guards got out of their cars as soon as possible and surrounded Maan's car, waiting for him to get out. All the girls of Delhi have also showed up there just to get a glimpse of him. He is considered the Most Handsome and the Most Sexiest Man alive in Delhi. This is the title given to Maan by all the girls. The girls drool over him where ever he goes and he is well aware of that. He knows he can get any girl he wants just like that. He sees all the girls waiting for him and yelling him name outside and he gets really excited. Even though he wants to get out of the car and talk to those girls, he can't as he is really afraid of the media. Really worried and not knowing what to do, he calls Adi on his phone.

Maan: Adi, main hospital ke bahar hu, car mein wait kar raha hu. Can you come and get me? Bahar sab media wala hai aur mujhe pata nahi ki main kya karu.

Adi (shocked): Bahar?! Kya matlab? Maine kaha tha ki sham ko aagavo toh tum inti jaldi yaha kya kar rahe ho?

Maan (whining): I got bored at home!

Adi: Ok stay where you are. Main abhi aata hu and no matter what tum gaadi se bahar mat aana!

Adi rushes outside to get Maan fearing that Maan will say something stupid to the media. He knows that there were girls waiting for Maan outside as well, so he's afraid that Maan might get tempted and get out of the car. Then the media would surely try to get his attention and ask some questions to which Maan might not know the answer to because he doesn't pay much attention to the business. Adi doesn't want anyone to find out that the heir of Khurana Constructions is actually an immature young man who doesn't care about the company at all. Dadima has been doing a good job so far by keep Maan away from the media ever since he has joined the company. This is the reason why Maan is so intimidated by the media. This wasn't a problem before when Maan wasn't a big shot of the Khurana Constructions as he is now. He was always seen partying and clubbing. He used to like the attention he got then from the media. Now he doesn't want to face the media as they would want to find out more about the business and his new experience.

Adi finally reaches the front of the hospital and sees a big mob of people surrounding Maan's car while the security guards were pushing them aside. Adi makes his way through the crowd to reach the car and gets in the passenger seat.

Adi (really pissed): Maan, tum pagal ho kya? Agar tumko yeha inti jaldi aana tha toh mujhe call karke batana chahiye tha na! Main tab tak yeha sab intizam kar liya hota. Ab dekho, kitna mushkil hoga to take you inside!

Maan: Sorry, yaar, main kya karta. Mujhe toh bohut bore ho raha tha so maine socha yeha aajavu toh time pass hogaye ga aur bus chala aaya. Aur waise bhi tumhe pata hai na ki main sochta nahi hoon kuch karne se pehle!

Adi: Haan, haan pata hai...issi ka dar hai mujhe ki ek na ek din yehi tera na sochne ki waja se koi badi problem mein na fasjaye!

Maan: Watever, yaar! You know I don't care about all this. Live life as it come, bas yehi pata hai mujhe! (Maan shrugs his shoulder to show that he really doesn't take life seriously.)

Adi (shaking his head and rolling down his window): God, yaar, tum kabhi nahi sudronge! (To the security guards) Media ko side mein hatado aur beech mein raasta karo, main aur Maan baahar aarahe hain.

Security Guard: Ji sir!

Adi (to Maan): Chale, Maan?

Maan: Haan, chalo. Main kabse ready hu!

The security guards clears the place and make way so Adi and Maan can go inside the hospital. As soon as Adi and Maan open the doors, all the girls start screaming and the media start with their questions. Adi pulls Maan really close to him and literally runs him into the hospital making sure the media doesn't get a glimpse of Maan. Finally, they make it to the entrance lobby of the hospital. Every one's eyes in the hospital as well were on Maan. They couldn't believe that THE Maan Singh Khurana was actually there in their hospital.

Adi still couldn't believe that Maan had come this early just to spend time with him. Seeing how everyone was staring at Maan, Adi quickly dragged him to some place where no one can see him nor disturb him. Adi took him to a private waiting area where he told Maan to stay until the show started and that he will be right back to give him company.

Maan: Adi, kya, yaar! Main yeha tere liye aaya hu aur tum mujhe akele chood ke jaraheho?

Adi: Haan Maan, bas thodi dher ke liye hi hai. Ab bas thodi aur decorations baki hai toh main woh finish karke aata hu? Unless tum bhi mere saath aana chahte ho.

Maan: No way! Main aur decorate...NEVER!

Adi: Exactly, mujhe pata tha ki tum yehi kahoge, toh isliye tumhe yeha rukne ke liye kaha tha.

Maan: Fine! Par jaldi aana...pata nahi kaha laake fasdiya mujhe.

Adi (smiling): Alritght, I'll be back soon.

Maan: Arre han, Adi, woh nurses kaha hai jiske bare mein tum baat kar rahe the?

Adi: Maan, I don't have time for that now. Main jaa raha hoon. Tum yahan mera wait karna and don't move from her until I get back.

Maan (annoyed): Theek hai par jaldi kar na.

As soon as Adi left, Maan felt so bored. He left the waiting room and decided to look around the hospital, hoping to bump into some young nurses. He had no idea where he was going in the hospital, but figured it was way better then waiting in that room. He saw a nurse at the counter looking at a file and decided to go up to her.

Maan: Excuse me, nurse?

Nurse: Ji?

Maan: Woh mujhe...mere haath par chot lagi hai... (Shows her his left hand.)

Nurse (almost fainting as she realized that it's Maan she's talking to): Aap, aap Maan Singh Khurana hain na?

Maan: Haan, woh toh main hu! So woh mera haath...bohut dard ho raha hai...

Nurse (feeling special that Maan is talking to her out of all the other nurses there): Theek hai, sir. Aap yahan par baitiyen, main aapka haath dekhti hoon.

Maan: Yes, with pleasure. (Being flirty as he is) Waise tum mujhe Maan bula sakti ho.

Nurse (looking at his hand and blushing): Ji, kya yaha par dard ho raha hai?

Maan: Haan, bohut dard ho raha hai! Waise kya kisi ne aapko kaha hai ki tumhari aankhen bohut khubsoorat hai?

Nurse (still blushing): Thank you, sir!

Maan (puts his other hand on top of hers and says in a smooth voice): Maine kaha na tum mujhe Maan bula sakti ho.

While the nurse was looking at his hands, Maan heard a sound of payal coming from the end of the hallway. He looked towards where the sound was coming from and saw a group of young girls running and laughing. He looked at their feet to see who was wearing payal and noticed that only one of them was, so he knew it had to be her that he heard. He looked at her payal again, they were so beautiful. He wondered if the girl who was wearing them was equally beautiful as her payal. But too bad he couldn't see her face as her back was facing him.

Maan (still looking at the payal): Nurse, ab mera haath theek hai. Thank you! (He ran leaving the baffled nurse behind.) Woh kaha gayi hai, abhi to yaha thi?

As Maan was trying to find the girl with payal...

Maan heard the sound again and followed the noise. Now he heard it behind a closed door. He was about to open the door to check who the girl was when someone taps on his shoulder. Maan turns around and sees Adi.

Adi: Maan, tum yaha kya kar rahe ho?

Maan: Woh, main waha wait karte karte bore ho raha tha toh maine socha ki hospital dekh loon.

Adi: Maan tum koyi amusement park mein gumne ke liye nahi aaye ho. Yeh hospital hai aur waise bhi tum chalo mere saath. Show start hone wala hai.

Adi takes Maan into the auditorium. Maan walks with Adi and the minute he enters through the door, he was breath-taken by the beauty of the stage. It made him think to himself why he even denied to come here in the first place. He felt like he belonged in this place. He couldn't understand why though! He felt a "strange feeling" build up inside him which he never felt before.

The theme of the stage was gold. There was a big, gold Natraj in the back of the stage. It was placed perfectly in the middle, visible for everyone to see. There were gold diyas placed at each of the four corners of the stage. Red curtains with gold ruffles hung from the roof, which were pulled to the side in the front. Behind the Natraj was a big, red and gold decorative piece which had such detail in it that it cannot be expressed in words. It was just truly beautiful. There were four big columns on either side of the stage. They were beautifully decorated with gold curtains wrapped around them. If anyone saw this stage, they would think that it was some place in heaven. It seemed too artificial to be something from this world. That is how Maan felt when he first laid his eyes on the stage.

But what he didn't know is that this "feeling" he had is different from what everyone else was feeling there. He didn't know that something else was in store for him tonight which will change his life forever!

As soon as Maan entered the auditorium he was called upon stage to announce the start of the show since he is the chief guest. So he goes up to the stage and gives a welcome. He tells everyone to settle down for the show to start.

Maan: Welcome, everyone, to the Sanjeevani Hostipal Dance Recital Show. (He continues his speech and finally announces the performer's name.) Now please welcome Ms. Geet!

He goes back down and relaxes in his seat. Adi is sitting on his right and other chief guests are sitting next to either of them. Maan didn't have that "strange feeling" within him anymore. He had completely forgot about it as he got side tracked when he saw some young girls laughing on the side of the stage.

The curtains slowly started to close so the dancers can take their place behind. Maan was too into the girls to notice that the curtain had re-opened again and that all the dancers had already taken their positions and were ready to begin. The music was about to start as the lead dancer made her way to the center of the stage, placing herself directly in front of the Natraj and facing her back to the audience. She bend down to take blessings from the Natraj and the Earth. Then she slowly walked backwards and set her position to begin. Something suddenly made Maan turn his head towards the lead dancer. It was the same payal he had heard before. Something started building inside him again. It was too much to handle for him. He had never felt like this before so why now, he though to himself. What was it about this payal and this place that is making him feel this way?!
